Terri received a 2* rating because she made a heroic effort to get the permit for her design signed off before she left on vacation for three weeks. Beyond that I would not recommend using her for any of your design or architectural needs. After four attempts to provide me with an innovative and inspired remodel for my house I gave up and had another professional give me the design ideas. I asked for a large bathroom and she gave me a bathroom 6sf larger than the very small original. I asked for a large walk in closet and she gave me the same size as the original. In the end Terri basically did the drawing only. The drawings subsequently lacked appropriate detail and there were some significant mistakes both in design and structural engineering that cost me dearly in look and in change orders. In the case of the structural defects, when I had to bring the architect and contractor together to resolve a major issue, they got into a huge, very unprofessional, email fight which left me holding the bag. In addition, her services were not inexpensive. I would not recommend Terri at all for any design or drafting needs.
