We have been T-Mobile customers for several years now. The service at the Napa Store is beyond excellent. After having had ATT, Sprint, and Verizon cellular service I can say that I am very glad to be with T-Mobile. Their customer support, from Mgr. Anthony on down is great. They solve problems, answer questions, and have wonderful patience with seniors who are not as technologically savvy as the younger generations. Thanks especially to Anthony, Jose, and Silviano for their great service.

They didn’t seem happy to see me. The lady who helped me was too simple and just told me what was everything about, but didn’t focus on making the customer feel comfortable in that place. I just said«oh, ok. Thanks, I’ll think about it». Then I went to another place where I could feel comfortable. (Just because of the service)

i have been a member at at&t for 10 years, every year. no, every phone bill they screw me over. i finally decided to switch to TMobile. Bryan was amazing and so helpful. It took me 30 min in and out and the best part is i thought i had lost all my pictures from a trip i had just taken and he was able to recover it. Great customer service, and very helpful! so good that my whole family is now switching to TMobile this weekend.

Silviano and Ben were a great team. Silviano was our main guy who walked us through our very first SMARTPHONES! Yippie! He spent an hour with us while Ben helped everyone else coming in with less consuming questions. My mom and I bought iPhones and the plan is so simple it’s a no brainer. No matter what, no overages and no contracts. We went in when they opened on a Friday morning and had a positive experience.

Alysha, Maria and Ben have been very helpful, informative and great at giving instructions with my new Galaxy Note 2 phone. I’m not a techy person and had resisted upgrading for a long time. They made the whole purchase experience and the how-to-navigate-through-all –the tons-of-features-experience painless. I had follow up questions after my purchase and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only will I be recommending the Galaxy Note 2, but I will be recommending this particular TMobile store.

This is the worst 2 months I’ve EVER had with a wireless carrier!!! I spent over $ 1000 in phones, awful coverage, misleading plans, and not to mention my TIME! Every single time I went in there it was at least an hour, the people are rude, and management is even more unhelpful or empathetic than anyone else there! I was extremely upset w/my experience with T-Mobile, I was mislead by the consultants(on numerous occasions), and nothing to compensate for the time or money I lost. It was completely worth it to me to walk across the street and sign with Verizon. I do NOT recommend T-Mobile in anyway shape or form!
