Sunmaster employees came out to apply window film to my two french doors. Had to call them back because one of the panels wasn’t cut right and you could see the slice in the film. They came and replaced it in a timely manner. They also told me it would be at least a month before the cloudiness on the film would disappear. After about a month, I noticed many air bubbles in the film and the film was lifting in two panels. Also the film was still cloudy. I called and spoke to Pete. He said he would have someone call me back to schedule an appointment to come out to look at the film. No one ever called me back(it’s been at least 3 weeks). So now when I look out my windows on a sunny day — I see a cloudy film. So Sad…

Well, I’ve been using Peter Mott and his company over 20 years. It says he started in 1993, but I know he tinted cars for me before that and he tinted my home in 1991. They stand behind their work! I mean they really do! They are coming back out to the house to do some warranty work on a job done over 10 years ago! Pete came by personally and saw some bubbling and that is totally covered under the warranty. Wow, that is customer service! His company even a super rush job for my son’s car just a day before he was leaving for college. I can’t say enough about Pete and his dedication and sincerity. Carrie in the back office is wonderful too… she take care of all the scheduling and followup. I don’t go anywhere else… period. Great customer service is what it’s all about.
Shem I.

Sunmaster has been my window film supplier for over 5 years. The service they provide is second to none. The owner, Pete, is the kind of guy you feel completely comfortable entrusting an important project to. And Carrie, the customer service manager, runs the whole show and makes it look easy. I whole heartedly recommend that you contact them and enjoy the Sunmaster experience.
