Unfortunately, m good experience with Banda was short-​lived. Banda is a salesman, which is fine. It’s a business, I get it. What I don’t appreciate is having my project held hostage.
I asked Banda to give me a quote for a new project, having had a good previous experience with his crew. I asked him for 3 scopes of work and to break them down individually. I signed & returned his proposal for 2 of 3 scopes (i was holding off on the third due to budget uncertainty). He showed up with his guys to start the measuring/​fitting & when i told him to hold off on the deck railing, he went into the hard sell. After hard selling me for 30 minutes and me refusing and asking him to perform only the scopes that i had signed the proposal for he said he only wanted to do the job if we did all scopes of work. He packed his things and left, putting me behind schedule and in the position to find a new railing fabricator.
Needless to say, I have not hired him again.

Store With Stated Discounts On Windows Outside, But Not So Much Inside

It’s those windows. Screaming 70% discounts. Everything Must Go. It kinda grabs your eye and makes you actually stop your car, pull into the parking lot, and go inside.
THE SETUP
Only though, it’s kinda of disappointing when the 70% doesn’t apply to the Stetson Hats, or to the Levi’s jeans, or the other Western Wear you wanting to check out and possibly buy.
No no, the only thing the *SCREAMING DISCOUNTS* apply to are some cheap worthless items you don’t need to add to your dining room hutch. So when the screaming discounts on the windows are right next to the «Stetson hats» or the «Justin Western Wear» (click store window picture link below:)
.it’s awfully misleading to find out that the 70% discount does NOT apply to any of the clothing.
Well lesson learned…(again…and again)
METAL WORK
But what’s this? There’s something else to this place that goes much deeper. There is some bona fide metallurgy and kiln fired pots going on in this joint too. I didn’t need anything along those lines at this moment, but I appreciate the craftmanship that goes into these guilded talents. And for that, I leave the stars that I do.
THE LOWDOWN
Don’t count on any real meaningful discounts on the Western Wear part of this joint. But if you need some metal work or pots, definitely worth checking out.
