I really need to chime in, as I’ve had nothing but positive customer service every time I’ve gone to Jackie’s. We’ve bought a lot of stuff there over the years and go in almost every time we’re in Napa. I must say, though, that I’ve never dealt with«Jackie,» only with the staff at the register, who also will come out on the floor to answer questions about anything. Note: this is NOT a «thrift store,» it IS a consignment store.

the old fat lady, has a gun hidden cuz she has wronged so many customers. her staff knows nothing about the store and she sits on her throne giving orders and looking at her camera of inside the store. be careful she is watching you!!! she is overpriced and sells broken items. brought many bags to her to recycle, i go in and she ch arges me 10 cents for a bag. go to tews consignment, jd consignment, glendas antiques. also the guy on monday morning was slamming things down on the counter and was pissed off. the little red head girl talks your ear off about nothing

I got a «compliment» after i wrote my original review, from maru m. It says: «you are funny, we at jackie’s always say hello and if we can help you. you should have been careful. you are just another person that that has a entitled personality» She also sent me a private message: «you like to give negative feedback. do you have any thing nice to say? now I know why you are called ding dong. stay home you might be happier» So this certainly validates my experience at Jackie’s. This is not a good place, it has bad customer service, and everyone should be very aware of how they will be treated if they are foolish enough to set foot on the store.

The old lady, Jackie(?) is RUDE and appears to hate her job as well as anything that breathes. You will get next to nothing here regardless of what you bring. Read other reviews. Go to JD’S CONSIGNMENT and TEW’S CONSIGNMENT, both are trust worthy and as such, worthy of your time.

Super cute little consignment store with a surprising amount of good stuff for sale! Everything is very clean & well-organized. They have a good selection of kitchen items & tools. I recommend stopping in for a quick look if you’re in the area.

I dig this place! I went in on a hunt for a side table. While I didn’t find that, I found a lovely little oak book shelf that would do just fine. Big plus that it matched a piece of furniture that I already have. I paid $ 35 which I thought was grand. Other than a bit of sticky stuff on the top that was easy to get off, it was in good condition. As a Feng Shui Practitioner, I am NOT typically a fan of buying used items as I really don’t want peoples old energy in my space. BUT, my pendulum said it all was good, and it has been! I cleared it with a little sage(which I recommend you do to if you buy used), and it’s sitting pretty! I literally left to get my pendulum by the way, and learned that they will hold items for 1 hour. This place is small … you should be able to walk in and do a quick once over. If you are selling, they do not take clothes /shoes. This is all household items, etc. I would check it out again for sure!

We just moved to Napa and need almost everything — couch, kitchen table and chairs, lamps, rugs, curtains, etc. I have been checking out thrift and consignment stores and Jackie’s is a goldmine! At least it was yesterday. The prices were very reasonable and the staff very nice.

I’ve been in a few times over the last few weeks. Their inventory is OK, their customer service is deplorable at best. They actually yelled at someone for inspecting an inexpensive glass item. When she responded they were going to buy it, the salesperson said loud enough for everyone to hear«I hope so». Oh, and to the ladies working there, next time a customer asks you a question, think twice about rolling your eyes when you think they aren’t looking. They might have had a wallet full of cash they were willing to spend and be disgusted enough to write an accurate review on Unilocal

I dont usually do negative reviews, but this is not due to the nature of their wares but more so their customer service. We were in napa to do some shopping and live an hour away. We purchased an item that after spending an hour with the maker of the electronic device was determined that it does not work. Before we purchased we asked if it had been tested and they said it had not been, but said that it looked like it was still brand new. We explained that we lived 50 minutes away and they said to just let them know ahead of time if it doesnt work. To their credit they did say that they usually have a 24 hour return period. But the girl at the counter still said, just give us a call and we’ll work with you. WE spent an hour first thing on saturday morning to try and figure out how to make this thing work, and we determined that the model # was outdated and did not work with current operating system. We called to them know and asked if we could return it on Sunday but they are closed. THey said they would extend it to Monday, which pretty much doesnt do us any good because its a monday and this is a work day for people. They said that if they made this exception for us, that they would have to make it for everyone. SERIOUSLY?! you’re quick to accept payment for an untested device and then not only inconvenience a customer, but also not take into consideration someone the time we will have to invest just to get refunded something that was not working. SERiously horrible customers service. I have worked in retail for almost 13 years, and a small or large company that values policy over customer experience is definitely not worth one patronizing. Thanks, but there are more consignment and antique stores in Napa that treat their customers better.

I love Estate Sales, Discovery Shops, Consignment Shops and Jackie’s Consignments – it’s THEBOMB! Great prices for the Buyer which means low prices for the Seller so Seller Beware! Very honest and friendly Owner and Staff and great restocking on a regular basis. I’ve bought everything from Vintage Jewelry to IPhone Charger… Great little shop… think I’ll go visit right now!

I’ve bought and sold at Jackies for several years and I’m a fan. The store has a high turnover, good selection of household items, and reasonable prices. They keep track of items via number system and inventory, and it’s true I have had a couple items get mixed up with other customers’ files. But the owner is honest and worked hard to rectify the error. They are always adding new items, so I stop in frequently!

I stumbled onto this store a couple years back when doing business in the area. Loved it! Found tons of great stuff, at decent prices. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town.

This is a great little store. They have some of everything: some antique and higher-end stuff, more everyday décor items, kitchen and dining things, lots of décor items and tons of jewelry(some real, lots of it costume). I have already found a few things at good prices and have only been three times. I have bought childrens’ books, a palm sander and some household items. Good deals.

This place changed ownership a couple of years and the focus of the store changed too. No more clothes. Lots of fun and funky household items at great prices. Check it out!
