My favorite restaurant after four days in Napa, CA. I got tired of thin crust pizza covered in arugula. I was bored with $ 50 for a 3 oz french piece of meat. Time to go animal style. Yes, I am white trash and have learned to embrace it. Anybody got a beer?

Drive thru was very busy so we decided to eat inside. The service was fast. I ordered a #2 with both style onions(raw and grilled) very good!!!

The first time I had In-N-Out was as a kid when I visited my uncle in LA one summer. We don’t have the burger chain in Boston, so my only memory had been that it was the holy grail of burger joints. When I moved out to the West Coast as an adult, I wanted this to be one of my first stops. I didn’t really get to go until shopping at an outlet mall near napa, but on the way home my girlfriend and I stopped by. The drive through line was ridiculous. There was no way that I was going to waste my time and gas waiting so we went inside. The line inside was so much faster and although the place was packed, we managed to get a seat after ordering. Our food came out without much wait time which was a great plus and I’ve always loved the way they wrap the food. It’s great for presentation and convenience when you start to pig out. The burger is kept simple and delicious, just as you’d want a normal burger without too many bells and whistles. However, the biggest downfall for this place is the fries. In my opinion, they just aren’t good. Both my girlfriend and I agreed and were upset that we even got them. They tasted like stale sticks with salt on them. We finished our burgers but didn’t bother finishing the fries. Instead, we walked across the street to the nearby McDonalds and ordered some fries to complete out meal as we drove back to Berkeley. Btw, that McDonalds had absolutely no one in it. In-N-Out still knows how to steal the crowd, at least with their burgers.

It’s located in the middle of nowhere yet is super super busy people are lined up for a quarter-mile up for the drive inside doable. Excellent service excellent food not disappointed one bit. It’s uniquely located right next to McDonald’s kind of funny.

This particular branch is very disappointing. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to get the wrong order. Went in to get the correct order and they re-charged me. After another 15 minute wait, I got back to my car and checked my order to find this one too was wrong.

If you’re going to do fast food, why not In-n-Out? This particular location has never failed to deliver. All of the standard dishes and décor of any other location. It reminds me of how McDonalds was 30+ years ago — affordable, clean, simple menu, yummy and a place for a family to dine together.

Awful. Heard all the hype about in-n-out. Major disappointment. Paid for bread and cheese and not enough meat to even taste. Will not go back and will never recommend. Would rather eat at McDonald’s and that it really saying something. So disappointed.

This In N Out Burger is the worst In N Out Burger I have ever been to. I am surprised that they are even allowed to have the In N Out Burger name. The hamburger patty was extremely flat and gross, the lettuce tasted funky, and there was way too much ketchup and mustard. The cheese was not even melted. I felt queasy just looking at it, but hey I was hungry so I took a solid three bites before I threw it in the trash where it belongs. The employees looked like they were just chilling, talking and laughing, but not really focused on making the meals good. More focused on getting off of work quicker and making the time pass. more like In your mouth N Out your butt real quick.

Protein style of course. Don’t forget to ask for pickles on you burger and peppers on the side. One thing that truly makes this place great is they don’t fudge up your order, it comes out right every time.

For a fast food burger joint, you can’t find anything better than in-n-out. There fries are always fresh guaranteed — they chop the potatoes right in front of you. Their burgers are small enough so that by the end of your meal you’re not consuming 1500 calories. Their shakes are delicious — love the strawberry vanilla twirl. It’s really no wonder there’s always a huge line for the drive through and inside the store.

Oh man, if any restaurant lives purely on hype alone… it’s this establishment. The tables were not very clean for a fast-food joint. The burger was OK, nothing to rave about or go crazy over. The animal fries and regular fries were decent but needed some salt. Nothing to write further about. I did like the Protein Style(not so secret menu) but it ended up being a bit messy. The strawberry shake was nice, good texture and consistency… but you come here really for the hamburger/cheeseburger. Quite honestly, it’s nothing more than a glorified McDonald’s…and with the price tag you’re paying… you’re better off there with more varieties, flavors, etc.(In fact, there’s a Mickey D’s across the street for a reason!). Most I’ve been underwhelmed at a restaurant since minibar :-/

How I wish In-N-Out Burger would open a few locations on the east coast! Ordering is simple and the menu is easy to decide. Their burgers are juicy, cooked perfectly. I really enjoy their sauce and ‘Animal’ style option for burgers and fries. Definitely a fan, and I LOVE their milkshakes. Yum!

Double double and fries, both animal style, what more can you want! So tasty. They lose a star only because their fries are missing something… Maybe a little more time in the fryer. For the price and location, it doesn’t get much better after a day of wine tasting in Napa.

I finally got to try an In-N-Out Burger — they have yet to make it to the Capital Region in upstate NY. So on a scenic, three-day wine tour of the Napa Valley I stumbled over for a simple dinner after a day of tastings. So yeah maybe my review is a bit nippy, but it’s not the nips. In fact, my vision was fine, which is why it seemed my biggest complaint was that this joint was badly in need of a hose-down. Sticky tables and booths, gick on the condiment tables, squished french fries on the floor. Not terribly pleasant, and just because this is a fast-food joint doesn’t make it forgivable. I had the double double hamburger and it WAS good — but nothing exceptional. The fries were just OK but I liked them because they were french fries and they go nicely with ketchup. I thought the extremely limited menu was a bore. This chain is just 3 things: hamburgers, french fries, and shakes. I guess if you need a fix and think the quality of their ingredients is what they claim, then you may be better off than dining at McD’s(which, I note, was right next door, with those red/yellow/white colors as well…). But at least at McD’s there are choices.

My boyfriend and I didn’t want to drink wine on an empty stomach — so of course this In-N-Out was the perfect stop for us. I had a great burger here that was hot and served quickly. I really just liked that it was a simple burger that was very nicely done without trying to be fancy. Back in the Midwest, I heard tales of the animal fries from my California friends, so I was excited to try them… but I was not super excited when they came out and I was pretty underwhelmed after I ate them. I did really enjoy the fries plain though! Oh, and another thing — this very filling meal for me and my boyfriend was just under $ 10! Nice.

Super consistent In N Out burger. Been here a handful of times and it’s just as good as pretty much every In N Out I’ve been too(it’s hard to remember a time I’ve had a bad experience at In N Out). Came by here today before seeing a movie with my dad and two friends. I ordered a protein style hamburger and fries well done. It was very busy through the drive through, but inside there wasn’t a line to order, but it was packed! We ordered and it took about 10 minutes to get our food. It was nice, fresh and warm. It was fantastic! The employees were attentive and the place was clean. Definitely, will drop by again if I need a quick bite before the movie!

Spring Break 2015 in CA… What better way to begin a tour of wine country in Napa Valley than a stomach full of In-N-Out burgers and fries… a wonderful base for wine. Good hamburgers and fries… and you have to get the fries ANIMAL — which means the already good fries come with cheese, grilled onions, and their version of a light 1000 Island dressing spread on top… Oh my they were good. And as a side note, you can get the hamburger ANIMAL also. They really have the French fry thing down at In-N-Out burger places. You can see them cutting the fries in the background and frying them up fresh… at this In-N-Out they had six fryers dedicated just to French fries… now that is serious frying. Give this place a try… we will be back.

After a long afternoon enjoying wine at the Holiday B&B Tour, I was happy that our hotel was just across the street from In-N-Out. A few burgers(animal style, protein style), fries(well done), and shakes and the three of us were happy(and full). Perfect inexpensive and quick meal.

In the world of fast food… I have found the best. Fries…awesome. Burger…awesome. Employees…awesome. There is one major negative. They are not in Atlanta. Touch me in the morning… then just walk away.

Their food is great! Everything is fresh, fast and you get a happy lunch time in here. But!!! (Talking about drive-thru at 12:30am) Not recommended! I ordered 1 cheese burger 1 animal fries 2 regular fries And No drinks. How long would it take? Probably about 5 min. Well, they took 11 minutes to get the stuff ready for me, and there were NO people eating inside because it was freaking 12:30 after midnight! I took a picture when it was on 10min 15sec. This got me a little upset :(
