I have been going to Don’s for 20 years now and these guys are the best in the business. A few times when I thought my pool sweep was possibly needing replacement they were able to repair it at minimal cost. Very honest folks, great customer service, and excellent advice when you need it. I drive an hour round trip to get to Don’s but it’s always worth it.

I am new to pool ownership and every time I go to Don’s I leave with a smile on
my face and confidence to repair the problem I need to fix. They are so helpful
and friendly. They always have the part I need and if they don’t are willing to
rob a part off a component they save for parts. Service at it’s Best.

My pool sweep needed repair and they did an excellent job and cost much less than me buying a rebuild kit online that had lots of parts I didn’t need. What a pleasure to
deal with.

Old fashioned customer care. I’ve been in the business world since the early 80’s and can always see service and care, and when its lacking. Its part of a culture and its there or its not. I’m a new pool owner in the past year and have been in several times. Most recent my Polaris had a cracked plastic screw I couldn’t get out. They dropped what they were doing, extracted the screw and charged me fifty cents for 3 new screws. He could have sold me new parts and equipment, and he should have charged me for the time to fix it. I even said he had to charge me at least $ 20 for the time but he said, «Nope. You’ll be back.» That’s a man who understands what it takes to be a success in business.

Don and his team go out of their way to ensure that you get what you need (and don’t overpay for things you don’t need). We had a cracked piece on our pool sweep, and any other pool supply store would have had us buy another sweep (because ours is so old). Don’s team was able to find a replacement part and saved us a lot of money. Don taught us almost everything we know about our pool. He even showed us how to test the chemicals. Now, we buy our chemicals here, and they are nice enough to load them into our car.
Really nice folks who care about making pool ownership fun and affordable. I really enjoy going to Don’s!

I have a hot tub and have been buying my supplies at a certain place in town (Napa) as I honestly thought Don’s just carried swimming pool supplies. Fed up with the high prices, creepy salesguy and being pushed into buying chemicals I had no idea how to use, I sought out Don’s.
From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by friendly people, educated on how to sanitize my hot tub, and only sold the few items I actually needed.
My only complaint is that they don’t seem to sell any of the ‘fun’ stuff one can purchase for a hot tub, such as scent crystals, etc.
To top it off, I stopped by there today to get something I thought I needed (according to the internet) and was told to just use more of what I already had. That non-​sale will bring me back for more actual sales!!! Thanks, Don’s!!!
