I was treated by Dr. Loftis and the treatment was fine. However, a month later I received an invoice (incorrectly) stating that I did not make a $ 10 co-​payment. I alerted Dr. Loftis’ staff about the issue and they said they would take care of it. After a few months I received another invoice for $ 10. When I called Dr. Loftis’ office again, her staff told me that I would need to provide a receipt to prove that I made the payment, and if I did not they would take me to collections.
Suffice to say that the office is unorganized and/​or does not treat its patients well. If you have a choice between dermatologists, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else so you can avoid any chance of this happening to you.

Sometimes I go to doctors and when I leave, I feel like I could have just stayed home, follow what Google or WebMD says and I’d be better off.
Not so with Dr. Loftis. I came looking for advice on multiple skin issues and she was able to address every single one of them and I’m a happier, less itchy, person as a result. She has really great bedside manner as well and her staff is friendly.

I have had two treatments with IPL. The place is wonderful and the staff is very caring. Dr. Loftis is knowledgable and attentive. The brochure is right, there is no down time, the procedure didn’t feel that bad and most importantly… I LOVE the results. Put this place high on your list.
