Westrock Pool & Spa

This review has to do with service only, some of the previous reviews state no return calls and that is very true. Kenny, who used to be the service person and was great, has left and they have someone new.
They opened my pool last Wednesday, in the past they would return in about 2 days to do the original vacuum. Did not hear anything so I call and spoke to a woman who said she would call me back to let me know when they were coming, waited a few days and did not hear back, called and left a message to have someone call me, never heard back but someone showed up at 8pm. Person said he could only brush the bottom of the pool because the vacuum could not pick up the dirt (never had this issue in 5 years) so he does that and obviously the pool is cloudy big time and he tells me to call to reschedule a vacuum. Surprise, I leave a message and as of this post no response. Holiday is here and I can’t swim this 9 days after the opening. The best person is Ronnie but he is not always there.

Our daughter rented a house in the Hamptons this summer and our assignment when we came to visit was to bring pool toys. Not having a pool and not knowing where to buy them, we looked everywhere including Toys R Us and in every pool store in the area. We found the biggest and best selection at Westrock. we purchased 5 fun-​looking floats and water squirters but when we got to her house we realized we were missing a float. Once home, we went back to the store and although they didn’t remember finding a float left on the counter, they gave us a replacement. That is great customer service. I highly recommend them.

This is the Worst Company on the Face of The Earth. Please don’t buy ANYTHING from them go to Leslie Pools 1 minute away or Clearwater in New City anywhere but here.

Bought a Pool from them horrible time getting it Installed.
Took forever to get installed after 3 times took the day off work and they just didnt show up at all with no call or nothing. Very embarrasing since had the Electrician and Water Deliver set-​up and made me look like an idiot not to mention wasting a vacation day from work. The Pool was broken from the start and they would not come back to fix it.
Did not deliver any of the items listed on the Receipt. No Pool Vacuum, No Chemicals, No Customer Service whatsoever.
The Worst of the Worst. Would rather get 10 Route Canals and take bullets to both knee caps than ever deal with these people again. The Stress and Unprofessionalism was unbelievable.
Constantly fighting with these people every day for them to do just what they were contractually obligated to do.
Save yourself and do not buy anything from these people. Complete LIARS They belong in JAIL…
Even after installation the construction was so shoddy you end up paying someone else $ 1,000ssss of Dollars to fix the horrible job they do.
They send a bunch of unprofessionals to your house to do set-​up. Do not speak or understand English and then they demand you pay them Cash as soon as they are done. That way you have no recourse to them after the fact.
Horrible People…
