I had a horrid experience with them. We made the decision to send them a lock of my fathers hair after he passed away from cancer. They had no problem taking the money, but we never heard from them again. Their website, facebook, and phone number have all been deleted /disconnected and they never once reached out to us. They still have my fathers lock of hair and our $ 200 — in comparison, the money is almost meaningless compared to what they were going to create for us to remember him. Disgraceful…

Please do NOT order from this company. Same review as below, she has the precious flowers from my mom’s funeral that I will never be able to replace. It’s bad enough that she has taken my money but refuses to return emails and phone calls and now her voicemail is FULL. My heart aches knowing those precious flowers can never be replaced. We need to file a class action suit against her in order to get her to refund our money and either produce our order or return our flowers. She told me that the rings were on back order and I would get my order in three weeks. That was at the end of August! Please do NOT order from this company!!!

My review is the exact same as the others. I trusted this woman with roses from the uncles funeral so I could give my mother a bracelet in memory of him. This woman took my money and never delivered a product. It has been several months and through the Facebook page I found out that there are several others whom she did this too. I cannot even come into contact with her anymore. She has completely cut all communication off. I will never be able to get those irreplaceable roses back and it is truly heartbreaking. Please whatever you do, do NOT use this«business». She needs to shut down her website ASAP and stop taking peoples money!!!

Please, whatever you do, do not entrust this business with your precious flowers or your money. I sent in flowers from my best friends funeral to be made into a chaplet on June 16, 2015 and as of today, Sept., 23, 2015, I still don’t have them. I paid in full and was told that I would receive them about 3 weeks ago. Since that time, the owner will not return my calls, emails or facebook messages. Many others are in the same situation and there is no excuse. She should return calls at the very least. I have filed a claim with the BBB and attorney general. Hopefully we will receive what we paid for but I will NEVER recommend or use her services again. She does not even deserve 1 star. Shame on her for taking advantage of people.
