7-Eleven

I can’t believe I’m writing a review about 711, but this place is definitely a place you should avoid if at all possible. The employees, the customers, the neighborhood — it’s just all very dirty; try not to not touch anything when you go in there, you don’t know what you might get on your hands.
As with most 7 – 11’s, corporations like 7 – 11 employees don’t care and they know they don’t have to care because they are an international Corporation that’s going to make millions no matter what from stupid people that go to their stores. Don’t be stupid, don’t go!

They never can keep the products I want in store. The attitude is really bad. The two women that work here don’t care about the customer. They also don’t care if they are out if something g you want. Don’t go here? Crappy attitude and poor product availability! Goto circle K instead !

DON’T EAT THE FOOD. DON’T DRINK FROM ANY FOUNTAINS. TRY NOT TO TALK TO EMPLOYEES. Especially, «The Woman Cashier» as she seems to be known in another poor review on this page.
Normally, I really appreciate the convenience and reliability of 7−11s. I mostly, have positive feelings about them in general. I don’t want to spend a lot of time on this so I’ll just sum it up to say that I’ve been ASTONISHED by how filthy the soda fountain is and all their cups and lids the vast majority of times I’ve even attempted to find a clean cup. I don’t have OCD. In fact, I’m rather messy. This place is freaking disgusting. The cups within other cups are dirty. If you get any food (which you shouldn’t), be sure to rip it apart first to ensure that there isn’t a SUBSTANTIAL amount of hair in it. Multiple clumps of hair.
While I could never get any open food or drink there again without feeling like I have 0 standards, I was never going to bother to make a review, but I walked into this location today and without even having reason to speak to anyone as I ended up not buying anything, I was taken back and disturbed by how rude «The Woman Cashier» was. Holy crap.
This location needs to be scrapped. If you look at any recent reviews here, they’re all terrible and bring up how awful the staff is. I’m telling you that in my experience, the food straight up isn’t safe to eat. It’s overwhelmingly apparent that the management here is somewhere near as bad as possible because there’s nothing good about that store that they have any control over. This is clearly a top-​down problem because there’s no way the issues with this location should ever be allowed to be so consistent. If I didn’t just get off the phone with corporate to complain, I would bet any one of you that when you go in, you will find something to be disgusted by.
Seriously, just burn this one to the ground so the neighborhood doesn’t have to be traumatized by the memory of this place. You could replace the entire staff and anyone that’s been there in the past year and has any sense wouldn’t trust or want to give it another shot.
Edit: Just noticed that there are only three photos of this actual location in the photos listed. The majority are of nicer locations uploaded «From the business owner.» If you see a photo that looks nice, it’s definitely not this location or is a VERY dishonest portrayal of it. Unbelievable.
I also want to second everyone that’s left a review saying there are constantly multiple shady people loitering in front of the location and it’s uncomfortable to even walk in as a result. I also second that you probably shouldn’t go here on your own at night because of it. Worth noting that that was brought up in a 4 star review.

If I could give zero stars I would. Workers here are rude and treat you like your nothing. I came in for the pure tea and they only had the regular unsweetened and I asked one of the men working if they had any in the back he shook his head no and I proceeded to ask when they will have and he shook his head and I told him never and he said yes … Yes that they will never have anymore. Asshole! Never coming back! Jerk off

I am giving this place 2 stars because it has a good stock of items. After that is where everything goes downhill. The woman cashier is horrible. No personality whatsoever! Very bad attitude when you speak to her, she barely looks at you or answers any questions. Not happy about the visit at all.

Extremely hostile and rude cashier working the 9pm shift on 1÷12÷15. He over rang my coffee and then got angry at me and waved me away and told me it was my fault that he over rang me, when I politely showed him the receipt. I wish the owner of this store knows what a rude employee works here.

The guys who work here are incredibly nice. The could keep the place a little cleaner, especially the slurpee fountain. The chicken wings and pizza rolls are either petrified or raw… yuck. There are always weird and and sketchy people outside. This is panhandle central the best 7 – 11 for cookies or quick bites is the one on tujunga and riverside. The guys there are cool too and don’t take any bull!

Nice 7 – 11. The guys that work here are really nice. They have a redbox outside. Gets pretty busy. There is a lot of homeless people who hang out around there. I would not come by yourself at night.

Wish there wasn’t so many loiterers all the time. Love this 7 – 11 cause it has the piña colada bang. And it’s like walking distance from my house. Always plenty of parking. But the guys behind the register are not so friendly.

This is the closest 7 – 11 to my work. I used to love it until they took away the one thing I went for; Mozzy sticks. I tired to tell the owner to bring them back but he is very hostile against mozzarella sticks for whatever reason.

JV Singh tried to ring me up and charge me more than was advertised for a couple of cans of Mikes Hard Lemonade — insisted he couldn’t reduce it to the advertised price because he «just scans» and refused to either give me the 7 Eleven customer service number and then played stupid pretending he didn’t know the name of his manager.
Not bad during the day — short walk — but they are hiring and putting to many un-​qualified employees to work there.

its convenient but they have a really bad smell there that has been going on for many months in my opinion its toxic, stay away if you are sensitive or pregnant i think its pure refrigerator exhaust and poses a health risk.

Don’t ring me up first and bag the next persons items and just hand me my receipt. Poor Customer service and the guys look like they hate their jobs.

Same deal you get at most 7/11’s.
Lots of coffee flavors, sugar choices, cups sizes, flavored creams, flavored syrups. The coffee here is like a ⁴⁄₅. Now the ⁷⁄₁₁ prepared foods are still sketchy to me. I’ve had a dog and a donut and both times did not feel good afterward so I just can’t eat here except drink here.
Slurpees and coffees are a thumbs up!
Now the service is always attentive when you flag them down or are ready to check out but they aren’t smiling. They are always pissed off or nonchalant. Whatever.

I like this 7-​Eleven because the Slurpee machines are always ready to go unlike some other 7-​Elevens I’ve been to.
They also have ample parking spots, which is rare in North Hollywood.
I always get a parking spot here and it’s always a quick in and out.

I can easily walk over here and get my coffee in the 20 oz. Obama cup. I like it better than Starbucks too b/​c I really like putting in lots of creamer, I mean a lot, and no one bothers me; it’s just a simple pleasure.
