McKay’s Markets

You can never go wrong with a McKays. Locally owned (centered out of Coos Bay I believe), this chain of stores has always been good. Some say they are a bit higher in price than some of the other chain operations, but I’ve never had a bag handle break due to cheesy construction. I’ve never had bad produce, bad meat, or anything else that required a second trip back to return something.
Folks are friendly, and we generally always manage to find what we’re looking for. This particular store is our favorite when we’re headed to one of our remote locations to stay. We stock up at McKays! They never let us down.
P. S. I try really hard not to need anything from the drug/​toiletries isle. Now there you’ll pay through the nose. Otherwise… shop on with your bad self!
