Food and service were good. My husband enjoyed the pork chop dinner. But the tables and menus really need a good cleaning. We were almost the first clients for the day. Everything was sticky. In addition to the table and menus — you wouldn’t want to handle the salt and pepper shakers.

Outdated, dirty interior. Literally, the worst Ruby Tuesday I have ever been to. No seating for large parties. They sat us in the back, at 3 booths, and the section was so loud and vibrating, from what I assume was the air conditioning? Wallpaper was peeling, even the paneling on the wall was crooked and cracked. We had a party of 13. 2 separate families, 2 separate checks. We chose Rubys because we were on vacation and had spent so much money already, and wanted something reasonable. Here is what my family of 6 ordered: Smokehouse burger $ 10, Pretzel burger $ 11, Bacon burger $ 10, 1 kids meal(split between 2 kids) $ 5 and Smoky Mountain Chicken(my daughter thinks this was $ 14. We did all have tea, but our bill came to $ 104. So, that means that our adult sized teas were about about $ 13.50 apiece!!! Unless our server tacked on extra charges. I would have complained, but my husband didn’t show me the bill until we got home.(It’s just the credit card receipt, not the full breakdown) and at the restaurant he didn’t say anything because he thought the restaurant was just more expensive because it’s at Myrtle Beach. The fact that places tack on extra charges because people are on vacation and they figure they won’t notice, makes me so mad.

Great food, great service, great price. Dined there, family of 5, very pleased. Good size portions for kids meals, free refills for soft drinks. Waiter was super nice, true southern hospitality. Very clean, not crowded for Saturday night, kids friendly.

Who doesn’t love the Ruby Tuesday salad bar? No it’s not as good as it used to be, but still good. Convenient location at the mall

Visited this Ruby Tuesday while in Myrtle Beach for a Dance Competition. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Chicken. Wasn’t really a fan of it, but ate it anyway. I also ordered a regular margarita(can’t remember what it was called, but it was your basic margarita). It seemed a little weak to me. Other than the food and drink, service was good. The restaurant was clean and we didn’t have to wait long for our food either. Our waitress was very helpful and patient.

The one in North Olmsted, OH sucks and this one does too. I got a crispy chix sandwich … which was most likely made by Tyson(really small and lacked any flavor). Pissed bc that was $ 11. BF got the smokehouse burger which he wasn’t thrilled about. 2 stars for the great service, clean salad bar, and cheddar biscuits. Blah. Ruby Tuesday’s are a crappy overpriced chain … Fridays is wayyy better!

I loved it! We went here Sunday for lunch. The atomosphere was nice, it wasn’t too packed, and they had nice music playing over the speakers. Our waiter was very friendly attentive! I got the spinach and artichoke dip as my entrée, it’s usually an appetizer. It was $ 8.99 but it was a huge portion! The best I’ve had! They chop the artichoke up into tiny chunks(the way I like it best). The chips were great, lightly fried and not at all salty. Also got the salad bar(which they let me add onto my entrée for only $ 2.99. Regular $ 8.99 by itself). Hubby got the New Orlean Seafood entrée with mac-n-cheese and onion rings as his sides. It was only $ 14.99 and it was phenomenal! The seafood consisted of talapia and shrimp cooked perfectly with a nice white cream sauce over it. A little spicy but not overbearing. His mac-n-cheese was the best he’s ever tasted and I liked it too. Onion rings were so so. I almost forgot to add… they serve REALLYGOOD cheddar garlic biscuits, unlimited and free!
