So many things to consider when deciding which agent to us to buy or sell your home! These agents are all full time Realtors (no part timers here), experienced, and they take ongoing training in negotiating, marketing, staging, etc! They’re not the ones sitting around waiting for business. They’re out making it happen! I contacted Barbara Heller of Remax Southern Shores to show my partner and myself a home many years ago. Barbara was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We flew to Myrtle Beach several times a year, for several years, looking and looking, but we didn’t find the right home.
My partner went on walkabout, so I found the right house and bought it, with Barbara’s expertise and guidance. I closed on the house without being here, and everything went smoothly. I moved in and my ex-​partner found out I left the state, he proposed and we married. We both love the house and are very happy with it.
