This is the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of business. When I went in I had dark brown hair with blonde and caramel highlights scattered on the lower half. I asked the stylist, Jennifer Caracker, to add more blonde and caramel. I loved what I had, I just wanted more of it. What I got was the complete opposite. I now have no blonde or caramel in my hair whatsoever. The top half is still dark brown and the lower half is a lighter brown. The line separating the colors is extremely crooked. The stylist refuses to refund my money and the manager won’t get anything done either. I am embarrassed of this hair and cannot wait to get home and get it fixed. I was charged $ 85 for this awful color! I tired to pay with my debit card and the stylist requested that I get cash from the ATM so she could take the money with her on her weekend trip. which added a 2.50ATM fee. The stylists were discussing the BUGS they’ve been having in the salon in front of multiple clients, Jennifer was complaining the entire time that she wanted to go home, talking on the phone while doing my hair, and I ended up with hair color in my mouth. The list goes on. It was a complete disaster and my hair is ruined.
