McDonald’s

It’s McDonald’s, don’t expect more than what the franchise is. During breakfast and lunch the line may be long buy the staff does a great job at moving things along. I’ve never had an order wrong and everything’s pretty fresh. I’m giving a low rating because their night staff is horrid. They are rude to customers, extremely slow and just drop food into the grease to reheat it. This is the time of day the tattooed, lip lined psychos work there. Beware and stay away after 8pm.

Seriously, who reviews a Mcdonalds? This guy does.
I wouldn’t review it if they weren’t so cool. Managers are cool, employees seem like they actually enjoy working there, and unlike the other reviewers I have never had an issue here with getting orders wrong. I have once ordered wrong and they replaced it no questions asked.
Also they’re McCafe is actually pretty dang good. I was surprised!

Worst McDonalds in Muskogee. The service is SLOW, staff are not friendly. Do Not go to this one! They will get your order wrong EVERY time… literally.

The worst McDonalds in town. It’s not that their food is all that bad… it’s the service. It’s terrible. I’ve never been anywhere where it seems they train employees to get the order wrong. Picking up two happy meals for my grandsons. I asked TWICE for BOYS meals. When she handed me the meals at the window, I asked again if it had boys toys. She said…“uh yeah”. Driving off the boys dig in to find PINK toys in both. I drive around to go inside to exchange them and the manager looked at me like I was putting them out for requesting what I paid for! Oh by the way. THEY asked what kind of sauce the boys wanted. They requested ranch. When we got home, there was no sauce at all. I know this sounds petty, but my issue is they just don’t care!
