My review concerns the hours of operation.
Went to Quest for blood tests around lunchtime.
Closed from 11:45 to 12:45 for lunch.
So I have been fasting since yesterday’s dinner. Getting very hungry about this time.
Could drive around for almost 45 minutes; skip the test and go back home to eat…
or drive to LabCorp on Rt. 48 in the Monroeville area. I went to LabCorp for the tests,
was in and out in 10 minutes, and returned to the Murrysville area before the Quest staff had finished lunch.
I would think that more than a few people might have the tests done on their lunch break. LabCorp was very busy when I visited their offices during lunchtime.
As I said, there are no comments on Quest services because the door was locked.
