Wienerschnitzel

This location was a disappointment. I don’t normally eat fast-​food and today confirmed why I don’t. I ordered a simple order of chili cheese fries to go and for starters it seemed like it took forever just to get. Secondly, I got home and opend the box and there was a drop of chili and more sour cream then anything. I actually had to add my own can of chili to it just to be able to call them chili fries. I basically ended up with fries, onions, and sour cream. Won’t be back. FAIL!

This place is extremely well run. The staff is always welcoming and friendly when I stop in, the location itself is cleaned regularly (with a very few exceptions on busy days) and the food is always impeccably well prepared. Definitely worth stopping in. The manager at this location is very «hands on» and seems to run things with a kind and polite demeanor, if the interactions I’ve had with him are any indication.

Today, I went to the drive thru for my coworkers during my lunch break because everyone was hungry. I’ve gone to this location before and the service here was always less than appealing but today it hit a new low. I drove up to the ordering intercom and I said, «2 chili cheese dogs please,» to which the lady (who I assumed is Jose J as indicated on my receipt) responded with, «OK, pull up to the window please.» I was OK with this because I assumed she thought that I was done ordering so I said, «Sorry, I’m not done ordering.» Then she asked me, «Why?» This was a little rude to me; why does it matter why I’m not done ordering? Is there some rule indicating that customers aren’t allowed to order more than 2 chili cheese dogs at a time? So then I explained to her, «I’m ordering food for my coworkers.» After that she had the audacity to ask, «Are you sure you aren’t just ordering this all for yourself?» I didn’t get mad, I simply replied, «Yeah I’m sure this is for my coworkers,» and the rest of the transaction went normally. I’m sure it’s not the management’s fault that they hired someone who obviously doesn’t know how to work in customer service but they deserve to know that Jose J (if that is her name) deserves nothing less than to be fired… Out of a cannon… Into the sun. Other than that the food is moderately mediocre.

Excellent service and super nice manager, I will definitely keep going here. I work at the Wal-​Mart down the street so this place is awesome for my lunch break.

I lived in another state where there are no wienershnitzel, it was just as good as I remember (lots of childhood memories).

I’m just comparing this one to other Wienerschnitzels. This one can be hit or miss. Sometimes everything comes out hot and as it should. Sometimes the hot dogs are ice cold and the chili burger doesn’t have chili on it.

This is a great restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. They chili cheese fries are a hit in my household. The staff is always friendly, polite and professional. In my many times here I cant remember one time they made a mistake with my order. That’s defiantly not normal with fast food.

Wienerschnitzel is my top choice for fast food. I always rely on this place for quality and good tasting food, and for fast food, that’s such a rarity! I love that they now offer cups of their delicious fries, whereas previously they only featured small bags of fries that look like they could be in a kid’s meal. So glad they decided to do that. Also, if you want to go anywhere for hot dogs, this is the hot spot. Their corn dogs are also pretty good too. Overall, I love this place so much, and best of all, it’s close to the local Best Buy, another high-​quality place.

Yumm! Very good food. Restaurant is always clean inside and never too busy. The manager is such a nice guy too.
My only complaint would be its kind of slow some times. Like I said their aren’t that many people here ever so there isn’t really any reason for them to be slow making two chili cheese dogs but whatever no big deal.
The reason I think i like this one so much is because when my mom won money at a CIF championship game back when I was in high school my whole family raced here after the game and they had just closed but the manager let us order food anyway. Seriously SUCH A NICE GUY.
Go here its clean, delicious, inexpensive and nice people.

This is Wienerschnitzel. It is cheap fast food and this location is just like all the other ones. I’ve been coming to this location since the 90’s and the food has always been good. Don’t really know else to say… if you enjoy Wienerschnitzel then you will enjoy this location. If not, you won’t.

perfect after traffic and stuck coming home from vegas needed a stop. Gas station right next to it. Nothing like a simple hot dog. Wish they would have my order ready in less then 5 minutes.

So this review is based on the drive through service only!
Thursday night around 630pm the place was empty, we roll up to the drive through the person on the intercom was eager to help me immediately (he must of been really bored or excited because he finally got a customer) I ask to give me a minute, we then order 3corn dogs, plain hot dog and a sea dog that’s it, we roll to the window and wait, wait, wait and again wait. WTF!!!
As I wait for our food I only have Unilocal on my mind so I’m surveying the inside from the drive through, the place looked DIRTY! The eager beaver who took our order is now ordering around his coworkers to clean the floor behind the counter and the guy who has to clean it doesn’t look to happy, shit I wouldn’t be happy either that place was a greasy mess! The other guy was sent outside with turpentine to clean the window seals gross! Finally 15 minutes later we get our food! Yay!
The food sucked it was blah now I remember why we hadn’t been there in along long time…

The chili cheese dogs are the most unique little grub of heaven!
Here is the scenario: three guys standing around a kids birthday party talking about what they want for lunch and the schnitz comes up. After the mere conversation of these chili cheese wonders all three cannot contain themselves and all end up at their respective Weinerschitzels within an hour. What other place has that kind of lure?
I took the schnitz to the head yesterday powering down the full assortment of chili cheese dogs, chili cheese fries and the chili cheese burger. The burger isnt as delightful as the dogs and I will pass going forward.
Those chili cheese dogs are awesome though! Cant find anything like them and cant make them at home. Only $ 1.90 too!
