SOCCER 4every1

First time in the store today and I was really impressed. The gentleman/​owner that works here was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The store is clean and organized. The layout makes it easy to find exactly what you need without feeling overwhelmed.
My daughter needed soccer pants and we ended up buying a pair of Puma and Under Armour. There is a variety of brands and sizes which was nice to choose from. My daughter is tall and lean so sometimes it’s hard to find pants. Today, however we had no problem. We ended up with two pairs and a pair of socks. We will definately be back when it’s time for new cleats.

I love this place and the wide selection, I bought all my goalie gear here and it is great quality. The owner is a funny and nice guy, he helped me find the best quality goalie gear to buy.

We’ve been here a couple of times now and have been happy with the service and the quality of the products. The owner takes his time to explain about the gear you are buying but without pressuring you. He is obviously passionate about soccer and it reflects in the brands he carries. It’s not the same old everyone, has it you, that you find at the big chain stores. We will definitely be back.

Two good experiences and one dreadfully unacceptable one. Just bought a soccer ball for my 8-​year old girl from this establishment along with cleats for myself and both kids. Took the ball home, pumped it up, and went to the park to play. The ball is terribly lop-​sided. Unplayable. Tried to exchange it a few weeks later and the owner refused an exchange, accusing my daughter of sitting on it and making it lop-​sided. He told me that if I had bought a more expensive ball then he could help me…
This is not the kind of customer service that I expect from any establishment, especially one that is supposedly invested in local youth sports.

My apologies for my choice of words, but its a little hard to be civil when a grown man attacks my seven year old son verbally. You lost four customers and many more when I spread the word. For a store thats suppost to help support our youth in their endeavor to succeed as soccer players, I find it ironic that you choose to personally attack one of them for no particular reason other then the fact that he liked Nike and Adidas. I guess for some reason that did not sit well with you. Please grow up! Best of luck in your future business dealings.

I love that the store owner is so welcoming and sweet, especially with my daughter. I appreciate how he always asks *her* what she wants instead of looking to the me like many employees seem to do at other stores. The store is always clean and has what we need in stock.

My husband and I were impressed by the affordable prices and the customer service that was provided was awesome. We stopped in today to look at gear for my daughter and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and took his time helping us out. They have a huge selection of everything that has to do w/​soccer.

I walked into this store knowing little of nothing about soccer or equipment… My son decided he wanted to play and the coach sent a list. The guy that was in the store explained what the items on the list were sized my son and even told me hold off on buying some of the bells and whistles until my son figured out if he really liked soccer… BEST ADVICE EVER my son ended up playing that one season and went back to football. I appreciate the time they took and the honesty to not have me spending extra money… They had a special that included shoes and a ball and bag I did end up buying some special integrated socks my son wanted but they made the experience painless for a newbie!

He made it easy and quick and we were out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I should also point out that they have a huge selection of not only shoes styles but apparel and accessories.

Q and A… about SOCCER 4every1 store on Jefferson in Murrieta
Q. This is a specialty store, so I’ll get soaked on the prices, right?
A. No. That’s what I thought might happen when I took my little guy there for his first set of soccer gear. We went to a couple big chain sports stores first, but they just didn’t have their act together. They would be out of his sizes, etc… We actually got top quality soccer gear and ended up paying a few dollars Less at Soccer 4every1 than we would have for the sports chain store’s soccer packages.
Q.I’m a new Soccer Mom /​Dad and they are going to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in the gear they recommend, right?
A. Wrong. The nice lady (Sorry I did not get her name) was very attentive, knowledgeable and super kid friendly. She recommended an excellent soccer package for my Son and he got to pick the ball himself. (He liked the green Diadora ball)
SOCCER 4every1 is a rare store… Knowledgeable, Friendly, top quality soccer gear and pocketbook friendly.
If you have a need for Soccer gear I highly recommend this place. GOOOOAAAALLL!!!

I’m just a Dad who grew up on Little League and Pop Warner Football, so had no clue about Soccer when I walked in with my Boy. These folks are awesome!
