I have to be honest, when I contacted Joe and his team, I was a little apprehensive. Joe and his brother are young and heavily tattooed. I had received two bids and both were in the ballpark of each other. I really debated using Joe but then I decided to take a chance because he just makes you feel like he knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about. Boy am I glad I did too. Joe and SFC construction did an amazing job on my new 650 sq. ft. Casita/​Pool House. Even dealing with the NIGHTMARE that is the City of Murrieta. What a complete joke these people are. All they do is drag out the project and get in the way. What a shame! Joe was quick to provide a drawing design along with a detailed estimate. After a long and exhausting planning approval process, we were way behind schedule. Joe showed up the very next day and jumped on the job with an all out effort to complete the project on-​time. He kept we well informed during the entire building process. He did not just assume that I wanted something a certain way, he asked detailed questions with a real interest in making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. His attention to detail is 2^nd to none. A true perfectionist and craftsman. Joe accomplished everything «As Promised». On time and On Budget. There was ZERO nickel and diming involved. In the end, we got exactly what we asked for and what was promised. I’d be happy to recommend Joe on any job no matter the size. He and his crew are the real deal. Lastly, I’d like to comment on how Polite and Professional Joe and his crew are. They never made my wife feel uncomfortable while interacting with her when she was home alone. I wish I could say these same comments about all the contractors I have used in the past. Sure would have made my life a lot easier. In the end, I also learned a valuable lesson. «Never judge a book my its cover». Joe’s tattoos through me off in the beginning but what a fool I would have been if that was all I had seen…

So thankful for SFC ! Our pantry cabinet door broke into pieces from the boys horsing around… and I could not find ANYONE to fix or replace it, until I found SFC. They did an amazing job of fixing and repainting the door to match, at a much lower price than I expected. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Had them come out and install crown moulding, door casing, built in cabinets and wainscoting in our master bedroom. I can’t be happier with the quality of the product they used and the installation. I would highly recommend this company to any one looking for super high quality work, customer service and professionalism. I will post photos shortly.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the guys from Trimworx. From the first meeting for the estimate to the installation, they were on time, professional, and super easy to work with. We could not be happier with the baseboards and can’t wait to have them come back out to install crown moulding in the near future!!!

Unfortunately, Trimworx is probably hit or miss. It took a few days to get through via a call to their voicemail and then an email via their business contact email. Samantha called me back a few days later and scheduled Joe (her brother in law) to come out to my home. Joe came out to bid on crown moulding, a built in wall unit and window casing. He was very young, polite and efficient. I received the written Estimate a couple days later via email and emailed back that I would like to go ahead and proceed with the work. Oddly enough, I did not get a response or a call to schedule. I sent another email to Samantha, and also phoned the office (there is only one phone number on the business cards, which appears to be a landline.) The calls go to voicemail every time. So here we are 2 weeks later and still no return call or email.
How very odd to bid for work and then not have the professionalism to call back when the client wishes to schedule. can’t quite figure this one out? Anyhow — my guess is they are a very young company and have not quite figured out the «customer service» piece. I don’t doubt their trim work would be of good quality if you are fortunate enough to have them follow through with you.

Trimworx has done superb moulding for my business in two different locations. The work was done in a timely fashion and run extremely professional. I highly recommend them because they take a lot of pride in their work.
