Horrible first impression. Called to book an appointment and they told me I have to purchase additional services to get the offer they have online. No where online does it state that these extra services are required to get the deal. You just lost my business and I’ll make sure to deprive friends and family from booking your services.

The place looks and seems relaxing but the customer service wasn’t great! I walked in and was feeling relaxed until I spoke with the two front desk customer service. I turned around and left. Wasn’t feeling relaxed

Great experience, loved it so much that I became a member. Everyone is so nice and the setting is beautiful and very relaxing. Can’t wait till it warms up so that I can enjoy relaxing outside by the pool.

This is the best spa I’ve ever experienced. The therapist even identified my trouble areas in my back and it’s been over a year since my back has felt this relaxed.

I really enjoyed my first experience here. Oozing with charm, this little place is lovely. It is a small Day Spa, so keep your expectations in check with respect to menu items and pool experience. Cute boutique in the front area with interesting finds and personal products. Pedicure was decent and facial was good. Had a really nice day with two wonderful friends, met in the morning and stayed all day long. I will be back!

Today I got a «redo» massage after my last experience was not very stellar. Well let me tell you: Heidi is AMAZING! Outside of a massage in the rainforest of Fiji on my honeymoon this was the greatest massage I’ve ever had. She really paid attention to problem areas and I could tell was experienced enough to notice them and treat them. It was a truly lovely experience and is making me want to come back specifically for her services! Thank you so much to the manager for reaching out to me to and offering me this «redo»; you’ve made a customer out of me now!

Last week I had a facial with Sharlo. She did an enzyme and Lactic specialty facial. My skin looked and felt amazing! Today I got lucky and got in with Kara to get my hair done! I trust her to do whatever she suggests. I know she’s amazing with color and cut!

I always enjoy my facials and massages here. When I get my hair done here, I always love it. The café has great food. Customer service is top notch! I love reading by the pool. Today it’s chilly, so Hilda brought me a fluffy blanket. She is so sweet.

I love Murrieta Day Spa. When I called to schedule a massage, I said I didn’t have a preference for male or female masseuse. Kent gave me a Sports massage and it was FABULOUS! I will request him from now on. Super nice guy and makes sure you are liking what he is doing the whole time. If you don’t have a preference for females to give your massage, I highly recommend Kent! He is awesome!

First and foremost, Im a big time massage and facial snob. After getting my many massages from Sheila and Kenzie, they are simply amazing and has incredible healing touches. Also, the facials that I have received from Linda, Irene, and Michelle were refreshing, therapeutic, and made my skin feels and look young. The front desk gals were sweet and friendly. Lastly, the drinks there are amazing and their back yard is a great place to bring friends to chill and hang. LOVE it.

I love Murrieta Day Spa! Every massage I’ve received has been awesome! It is my go-​to place when I need to relax and get some «me» time.

I am a huge fan of this place. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by Veronica’s huge smile. She gets that I am here to relax and she is ready to please. I get an instant feeling of PEACE when I walk in the front doors.

I like that no matter what service I get, I can stay all day if I want. I usually shut the place down!
Sheila gives me the best massage of my life! My feet feel like they melt away when she wraps them in a warm towel!
I love that it is close, clean, relaxing, and reasonably priced.

A pedicure should consist of a very nice foot rub as well as taking care of your rough feet. I have walked out of there with some rough heels so the tools they use are not good enough. For the price of their deluxe pedicure, I want smooth heels.

I’ve been here twice, the first time was great! Had a nice relaxing pedicure, the lady doing my pedi was nice and let me relax, we had someone come in and offer us to order something, very attentive. The second time I came was a not so great experience, I came for my birthday with a friend for a deluxe pedicure. First off the girl at the front desk seemed like she wasn’t sure what she was doing, we ordered lunch and drinks, the drinks we ordered weren’t available and pretty much our next couple of choices were not available either. Took our lunch about 30 mins to arrive (wrap and salad), it was raining that day as we were walking into the woman’s locker room from outside my friend slipped on the extremely wet tile in the locker room, there was no rug, no towels… could have been very painful but luckily she caught herself. Then on to our pedicures, the ladies doing out pedicures were very nice but they talked so much amongst themselves and to us, it was kind I hard to relax. And I wasn’t told that I would be charged extra for taking off gel polish, the doing my pedicure asked if I was asked if I had gel polish when I made the appointment and I said no, then she walked out of the room for a little bit. Not one mention to me that it was extra till I was done and paying. Not once did anyone come In and asked if we wanted another drink or anything. For the price and services received, I think I will just stick with my regular nail salon.

I have been a nail member at Murrieta Day Spa for about a year. It is always such a relaxing and pampering experience when I visit there. The staff are always extremely friendly and professional. I usually try to book with Carrie for my nails, because she“s so fabulous. But all of the nail staff are incredible. If you are looking for a new hair salon give the Murrieta Day Spa a try. Cara is amazing at coloring and styling. I have had a few messages and facials at the spa as well. I try to book Kinsey for the massages; she’s awesome. Irene is a phenomenal esthetician.
On top of the wonderful services offered at the spa, the café menu is exceptional. I was just there today for lunch on the beautiful back patio and had my favorite dish a half avocado stuffed with tuna salad, chips, and a mimosa. It’s a wonderful place to hang out and relax with your friends around the mineral pool.

Had a pedicure, and it was not good. The lady was very nice. I like a good massage, my cuticles cut, and a clean french look, and this was lacking. It was disappointing. Especially for the. $$ I paid. I think with some extra training, and classes on how to do a pedicure would help.
On another subject. The server seemed annoyed, and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I would have ordered more, but she wasn’t friendly. We all have bad days but, of this was my business I would want to know. This was my first time here.

I have been coming here for a few years now, they’re fabulous! I always request Kenzie for my massages, she is fantastic. I’ve had facials done here as well and those are also excellent. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating and the facility is very well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend Murrieta Day Spa to my family and friends, in fact I made an appointment this weekend for my husband. He’s also been here before and always has a great experience. This is truly a hidden gem in Murrieta — keep up the great work :)

I have been a member off and on over the years. I love MDS. I currently have a membership for shellac manicure and pedicure every month. Personally, all the girls here are good but my favorites are Lena & Carrie. For massage, Lacy is wonderful as well as Sheila.
I am so surprised that some of the reviews are so low. If I have ever had problems, MDS has gone above and beyond to rectify the problem. LOVE this place

I’m here religiously every two weeks for my Geleration manicures! Carrie and Lena are two of my FAVORITES they do such an amazing job and are very consistent! I have influenced all my co-​workers too and they have all fallen in love as well!
