Tom was available immediately and understood the problem after I explained what was happening on my Mac even though I’m not tech savvy enough to explain it properly. He then patiently explained in simple English what had happened and how and why he was going to fix it, which he did quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Try him, he’s great!
