Consistently good subs with fresh ingredients. I prefer #13, Italian and occasionally one of the steak and cheese subs.

Thank God the food is decent. It’s Friday night at 6pm and only 2 girls working?! Crazy! also this is the 3rd time I have ordered online and I have still had to wait for over 20 minutes inside the store for my order. So it will be an hour since I ordered and still no food. They have their money and I have no food! So lame !

Service and sandwiches are good and we eat there frequently; however, I ordered several sandwiches online and made a mistake on one. When I tried to call immediately after the order was placed, I called multiple times and the phone just rang. No one answered after multiple attempts and I checked multiple sites to make sure the phone number was correct. That is poor customer service! FYI, I was calling the number 696‑1213.

Jersey Mikes makes a pretty good sandwich. But the employees at this location need some closer supervision. It seems like every time I go to this location, the employees are more focused on their personal conversations rather then the rare customer that comes through the door. The other night I went in to pick up dinner for my wife and I consisting of two subs. I had to repeat my order at least three times because she seemed too focused on a hysterical conversation with her male coworker. Then a separate worker had to ring me up who happened to be in the back. Rather then walking to the back to get her, she just started yelling her name out with no response. Finally she came out to ring me up and asked me again what I ordered when the other two employees just stood there messing around with each other. I totally understand having a good time at work and enjoying the people you work with. But when it interferes with the one main goal of your job(customer service), I get a little irritated as a customer. It is clear management has no control of the employees. I think I’d rather go to the other nearby sandwich shop based on the service alone.

This location is terrible and should be avoided. After tonight, I’ll never go back. Here’s me ordering: «Hi, I’ll take a #43 with NO veggies. That’s just meat, cheese and chipotle sauce. No onions or peppers.» Then my order was repeated back to me and written down. I purposely made my instructions extra clear because on two separate, prior occasions, I got home to find onions and peppers after ordering ‘no veggies’. And to my surprise, tonight was the third and final time they gave me what I didn’t order. I honestly didn’t think it would possible to screw it up this time with my explicit instructions and since I was the only person in the restaurant. But somehow, they did. The reason I’ve decided to take the time to write this negative review is mainly because they didn’t apologize to me. The girl that handed me the new sub said«Okay — here ya go. Not a veggie in sight» and then nothing! Then they all kind of laughed as I walked out. I’m done with Jersey Mikes. Especially this one on Murrieta Hot Springs.

So glad this location opened close to my house! My son and I eat here at least once a week. Consistently good food and very nice employees! Everyone is always in a good mood and make it a point to connect with you while you’re there. Love it!

Please educate the employees on how to spread the appropriate amount of avocado on my sandwich without flat out smashing the bread because they use so little avocado they have to smear a small amount on the whole sandwich. I also found it sort of silly that although they have a completely automated credit card swiper they print out a receipt with a tip line as though I’m going to tip them for smashing my bread. I’m sure that card reader is completely capable of obtaining an electronic signature. Nice try but I don’t find it necessary to tip for making my already $ 12 sandwich meal with hardly any avocado.

Great service. My last star is held because it’s still too slow. I avoid coming here because I swear it takes forever no matter what. The staff is super friendly. My sandwiches are a hit or miss. Certain people don’t make sandwiches as good as others. Maybe a training issue.

Great customer service. They honored my coupon with a smile. Greeted me when I arrived and when I left. The sandwiches were great. I like subway but this is a step above in quality. The tables were clean and most importantly everyone there looks happy to be there. Refreshing and I will definitely be back with the wife and kids. Glad they are opening up all around the Temecula area.

Is it just me or does this place taste not as good as the two other jersey mike’s nearby, what’s up with that?

The food is excellent as always however they seem to have issues taking phone orders. More than once, our called-in order was incorrect so we’ve given up calling our order in.

My wife and I have been going to Jersey Mike’s on Madison from day one. We love, love your subs, We were so excited to see that a Jersey Mike’s was opening up in walking distance from our home. We always call in our order and we have done this for the pass three weeks and ever time our order was incorrect, Plus they just do not taste as good as the other Jersey Mike’s. So this week she went back to the Madison location and our first bite was like coming home. Big difference. Please do not get me wrong the staff at the Murrieta Hot Springs are very pleasant, I just don’t think they really know what they are doing. We still love your subs, we will just continue going to the Madison location. Thank you for your time.

New location that sent out coupons in the mail, I’m a sucker for a free meal so I decided to grab some lunch. I’m not usually a big fan of Jersey Mikes because they don’t offer as many options ie spinach, bell peppers etc(I’m a Submarina fan) but this place always tastes better than Subway imo. Staff here was excellent… friendly, professional, and with a clean appearance. Always keeping busy and offering to get me a refill while I sat and enjoyed my lunch. Jersey Mikes is doing well at this location teaching young employees good work ethic and pride in quality product. Reminds me of my time working at In-N-Out.

It’s not surprising that the expansion of Jersey Mike’s continues throughout the area. I was surprised, though, that this place was added where it is, on the east side Murrieta Hot Springs Rd(there’s already one on the west end). On my visit here, I came on a busy afternoon. No doubt the brand has drawn the crowds and given that it was opening week, there were lines, but I didn’t mind waiting for my order. I would like to give the staff credit for dealing with a difficult customer in the line, who seemed to be barking demands rather than making requests. The staff kept calm and composed despite that person’s rude, impatient behavior. Props. While they’re still getting the hang of things e.g. making subs with efficiency and getting the proportion of «Mike’s Way» ingredients to a T, the sandwich was still good and the bread had a delightful crunch to it. My only issue was that I specifically came in that day for the company’s «Day of Giving» nationwide campaign and was disappointed when I realized this particular store wasn’t participating in the charitable donations.

Most places are terrible. This place is awesome. I had a sandwich and the taste was gripping. It was great! Thank you for the perfect sandwich. So much better than subway. Thanks, James Genes DJ/MC

Just opened up down the street from my house. The usual excellent quality one would expect from a JM’s. My only complaint is the portion sizes compared to their other location on Madison where we used to go to. I understand the store is new and you have to keep portions under control with your new employees but, the difference is quite noticeable to the point we started going back to our old location. I would err on the side of over portioning initially if I wanted to establish myself in a new area. My wife and I both moved out here from NJ and we agree that JM’s is about as close as we are going to get in CA to the Mom and Pop sub shops back home.

Cool people! My sub was really good. I got in and out of there even though the line was really long, the speed of the service was great. I’ll definitely be going back again 5 stars!

Ate here twice this week. I’ve eaten at other locations and I know this one just opened, but it has the best service and best product consistency of any. I hope they keep up the quality and enthusiasm. This week I had the #9, Mike’s Way and then tried the chicken parm. Both were delicious.

Had my first Jersey Mikes sub ever today on the first day of their new location. You could tell some of the staff was nervous and still learning but they were so nice and everyone had a smile on their face! Thank you! We will be back! Delicious!
