Jack in the Box

I am probably Jack In The Box biggest fan. Like «cater my wedding» type of fan and I have NEVER been so disappointed in the service at Jack than I am here. I definitely said «jumbo jack no lettuce, cheese or tomato» & the gentleman could not figure that out for the life of him. But that’s not even what bothers me. The size of everything is all messed up and when I went in to ask, they said the prices went up and that the size of what things is right. I was like, «yo, if that’s what it is then that’s what it is. But that’s not what it was last week.» Now, I do work in customer service so I am aware of those crazy customers and I don’t want to be «that guy» but 1+1 does not equal 3, my friends. I’m just overall irked.

The guy working the drive through tonight just told me to «have a beautiful night and to drive safe». Literally the nicest thing I’ve ever been told in a drive through. That guy deserves a shout out!

Wow I had the best service Richard was so awesome we had a difficult order thru the drive thru and he was patient and so nice. Thank you love to have Sevice like this.

I have to give the Jack, 5 stars for always having fresh Ice Tea. Its a regular staple item for me and its a rare occasion that I get a old brew of Ice Tea from Jack. Also can’t complain after I fill out the online Survey and to get Two free taco’s for a small snack, thats not bad either. Are they as good as home made taco’s, probably not but if you want fast food, then you better be prepared to sacrifice taste and quality.

Despite having to repost my order several times (a #18 with Oreo shake and curly fries), and getting it correct on the drive thru screen and receipt) they still managed to screw it up. Good grief.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE EVER!!! I’m in total shock that they have employees hired like that at a big chain like Jack in the box!!! The stupid ignorant girl who helped me at the drive through’s name was JAHAIDA. besides she swallows have the words when she talks through the intercom… No please, no thank you when my order was completed. Made me repeat my order twice and knowing I told her twice no cheese on my burger… She asks… DO YOU WANT cheese? I come to the window telling me my total. Again no please after saying my total and of course no thank you after handing her my card. Then she asks me DO YOU WANT sauce instead of would you like sauce. Then I tell her you have bad customer service and you are lucky that I’m not a mystery shopper then she replies ”but you’re not” with a big smirk on her face! I was like OH MY GOD!!! I say what’s your manager’s name? She replies… MO. I say, what’s his full name? She replies Mohamad. I go what’s his last name. She replies I don’t know. I ask what’s your name. She replies it’s on the receipt, then she hands me my food and repeats what I’ve ordered and looks at me and starts smirking again and no thank you when she hands me the food! Then I say YOU ARE WELCOME. She says ”what” I say you’re welcome then she give me another smirky laugh and say OK. OH MY F**king GOD!!! Never again I’m stopping at this place although it’s barley two minutes away from my house and I always get my food from there. I’m gonna call this MO manager tomorrow to see what he has to say about that although I’m sure he won’t say much because of course he is gonna be even worse than that employee or else he would not hire someone with that service at a nice respectful well known brand name like Jack in the box! I’m a business owner myself and if I get a complaint about someone like that… I would fire that employee in a SECOND!!! I honestly can’t blame that employee, I blame the manager because he must be ignorant himself to hire someone like that!!! Bad bad reputation to jack in the box. Very very disappointed. That’s what happens when you hire kids to do an adult jobs!!! No wonder why a lot of business are going down!!! I wish if I can give minus 5 stars instead of me had to give a one star to write this review. She totally pissed me off that girl. I would expect a nice warm welcome when you stop at a place to grab a bite to eat at 10 pm after getting off work from a long day. I’m gonna give this place a bad review on every social media I come across!!! No one ever deserves to be treated that way when you are spending your money at any business. Shame on you Jack in the box to hire managers that are not even capable of hiring the right employees!!! Shame on you!!!

They gave me a moldy side salad!!! I knew I should’ve checked it before I drove off and set it in front of me at home… I opened it up, noticed a moldy tomato and wilted lettuce…

So I went here twice in the last three nights. I ordered the same thing twice. 6 tacos with a number 7… Don’t worry it wasn’t all for me lol… the first time I got two tacos with a cheeseburger no mayo (a number 7 isn’t a cheeseburger) the second time I got two tacos again even after I refused to pay until I saw my order was right. I saw that it was two tacos and I said ok it’s fine (I just wanted to leave) then when when I got home I noticed the meal I ordered had mayo on both sides. The same person *stella* took my order. Who was a manger apparently. I understand this is fast food… but really?

I’ve eaten here before and the food was made to order and tasted like how you would expect it to taste. Recently, they’ve been giving OLD fries. Curly and regular. Like they’ve just been sitting there for days but heated to be kept warm. Making them just warm and nasty. It’s so stale you can barely chew them. Just awful.

I went here to get a quick bite with my family and I’ve got to say that the food was terrible and that the girl working the drive-​thru was very rude. NOT a good jack in the box experience. We all know what to expect when we go to fast food when it comes to quality but the rudeness of the drive thru person made it really bad. I won’t be going here again.

It’s a little irritating. Part of my doesn’t really expect too much because it is a fast food restaurant. However, there are certain things that any reasonable customer would expect from any business.
Tonight, went through the drive thru to place my order. The associate was friendly and pleasant. She took my order verified it back to me. So far, so good. At the window, I paid for my order and received my receipt and food/​drink. I ordered the new $ 6 Munchie Meal with a small Dr. Pepper, no ice (since I don’t like my soda to be watered down).
I get home with my goodies only to find that my soda wasn’t filled up to the top?! The level was about an inch from the brim of the cup. Is it me, or does this seem ridiculous? Just because I ordered my drink with no ice, I deserve less than a full cup of beverage? C’mon man! Ohhhhhhh… and no napkins either? So irritating!

It’s Jack in the Box. There is not a lot I can say about a JITB Grilled Cheese Sandwich except it was Grilled and it had cheese on it and it came out pretty quick. My whole purpose in writing this review right now is because this is the first JITB that I have visited in like six months that had drinkable iced tea.
I love iced tea and something went terrible wrong and Jack has been serving some horrible bitter stuff and calling it iced tea. I don’t know if they ordered from a new company or they all got a bad batch, but it has been bad. But, this location had delicious fresh and strong iced tea and I thought it had to be said.
So there.

Very nice people run this store. The manager was very friendly and the person running the window at the drive-​thru (Matt) was very nice. If you are looking for a good experience with customer service — try this restaurant.

It’s a Jack In the Box, but it’s one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The staff was over the top courteous and helpful. I was blown away enough to write a review for fast food so… that’s saying something.

It’s Jack in the box. nothing special. Their tacos are good and their breakfast platter is good. That’s about the only things I get.

This fast food resturaunt is very good and I love there grilled cheese sandwiches. The wait Is about 2 minutes in the drive thru. The wait from the inside is about 6 minutes.

Ok. So it’s Jack in the Box. I gotta say that the chicken teriyaki bowl is the BEST fast food item anywhere. When they stopped selling it for a couple of years I was devastated, but now it’s back and all is right in the universe.

This is one of my favorite stops after going out late night. Always open and always tasty. Much better going in then coming out, but great whether drunk or hungover. The tacos are always cheap and greasy (just like I like my men, j/​k) and the jalapeño poppers… mmmm…I could go get some right now or anytime a day for that matter.
Always there, always open, what more could you ask for?
Oh and sometimes you get to see super drunk people screaming and yelling at each other, almost witnessed a fight at the one off Madison a few months back– super exciting! Cheap food and free entertainment!

Nothing too special, it’s a Jack in the Box. But it’s a very new Jack in the Box with a bathroom cleaner than even my own. There’s something to be said about an establishment that cares enough to keep their restrooms clean for customers.
Great location, very close to the 215 freeway, in a newer strip mall center in ever-​expanding Murrieta. I don’t often stop in at fast food restaurants as I like to make use of the drive thru’s, but needed to make a pit stop in between appointments. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the inside of the restaurant was, and while seated at the only booth in there was able to watch some news on the tv in the corner.
