Greer Ranch Community Association

Living here and dealing with the HOA is like reliving a twilight zone episode over and over… The HOA Board is made out to be the same as a fortune 500 company to pay some bills, evolve a security force and deal with increasing landscaping cost (I think not). Between the traffic violations, citations for lawn violations, arrogance of rules, restrictions on guest lists, low morale of homeowners, stay as far away from here as you can… Go to murrieta oaks or blackstone and avoid the dues, HOA Board, headaches, and live your life like a normal person… Nice area if it didn’t have the gates, guards, or HOA Board… This place is laughable… Someone please buy my home… receiving the mysterious citation in the mail months after an incident for unnatural mulch, wrong colored flowers in your yard, a landscaper rolling a stop sign, etc… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…

We have lived here for almost 3 yrs but have had it with the guards and the board. i understand the need for safety, i have a 3 yr old and nothing is more important. they turned off all our transponders without any notice due to us having paper plates. i explained dmv never sent them to us. about a month ago we rented a uhaul pick up trk to move a dinning table and were told to go around the nutmeg entrace. told the guard we weren’t service and that we lived here cause i baught a table, he was rude and said it didn’t matter. and when u try and call their mgr he never picks up nor calls u back. i can’t have my cleaning person come on sundays cause apparently the board says i can’tthese are just a few of the isuues we’ve had. the place is beautiful but not worth all the trouble we have to go thru to live here, i dont even want to get started when a guest comes to visit u.

I have lived here for 10 years. It is a great place for kids to grow up and a very safe neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and there are two guard shacks at the two main gates. The landscape is fully developed and there are over 600 homes in the community. There is a community center and a pool area with a hot tub. There are also two parks.

Greer Ranch is a nice community. It has great facilities, including a club house, pool and a couple of playgrounds for the kids. The landscaping is beautiful and it evokes a small town neighborhood feel.
