Glow Advanced Skin and Body Care

I wanted to try out a skin care line called Sanitas (because I’m 30 and figured I’m supposed to have a routine by now and had read great things about that particular line) which I called the company to see if there were any salons near me that carry that brand. Advanced Glow was the only one that carried it near me. I came in to pick up some products and Lauren, the owner came out to greet me. I told her what my skin issues were (mild congestion and dryness) and she suggested a consultation (she had a client at the time but was sweet enough to chat with me for a minute) so I decided to go ahead and make an appointment for a facial because I could immediately tell that Lauren was extremely passionate about skin. That way too, she could recommend the proper products for my skin rather than me just taking a guess.
I did the anti aging facial. Lauren spends time explaining everything and customizes the facial to your skin. She was gentle and my skin looked nice after the facial. She was incredibly helpful and very nice to talk to. I will be seeing her once a month to keep up my facial routine and see how my skin does with the Sanitas products. I haven’t had good experiences with estheticians in the past because they all want to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of product. I did spend quite a bit of money on Sanitas product but I am trusting that Lauren knows what’s best for my skin. Pretty excited!

So happy I found Lauren! I have many issues with my skin and she has been so helpful. She is so knowledgable. She is easy to talk to and really listens. I have had two facials so far, and I see a difference with fine lines! My skin became dry after a peel and she was in top of it. The next day she had a little sample made up for me and it did the trick. She stays in contact with you. So glad I didn’t hesitate and went in. I was embarrassed of my skin and she made me feel so comfortable with my adult acne. Overall my skin is improving and I have a glow for the first time in years.

So happy to have found this place! I have had facials for years and years and have to say this is one of my favorite places ever. Lauren truly cares about the people she helps and the products she provides. Very educated in emerging technologies also. Have already referred a few of my friends.

My good friend recommended I see Lauren at Glow for a last minute spray tan the day before my wedding. I was seen that day. Having never gotten a spray tan before, I worried I’d come out looking as orange as a cast member from Jersey Shore. But Lauren was so knowledgeable and professional, she gave me reassurance the product they use was quality and how she sprayed it on so evenly wouldn’t give me that oompa loompa effect.
Since I work outdoors and being in the sun all day, I have this tan outline of the V on my chest from the polo shirt I wear. I couldn’t have this weird farmers tan in my wedding dress! Think of the photos! So she sprayed my entire body with one coat to even it out and the lighter toned, polo shirt spots got a 2^nd and 3^rd coat. It was a risky move but it turned out perfect!
Everything blended so well and I looked beautiful at my wedding.

Lauren is AWESOME! She is very good at what she does! And very knowledgeable as well. I’ve had many facials and she is Absolutely the best! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for an Esthetician:)

She is up to date with products and procedures that improve your skin with out harm. Lauren realizes that every face is different and she will evaluate YOUR skincare needs upon arrival.
Have you ever got a facial and felt worse off from break outs, chemical peels left on your face too long or have had microdermabrasion that left scratches on your face? NOT here with Lauren. She achieves great results WITHOUT microdermabrasion! Since I have sensitive skin and allergic to some productions she even does a test on my hand to make sure I am ok and always talks me through what she will be doing. Talk about personal and taking her time to go the extra mile.
The results after 3 advanced facials have been amazing. My face feels great and I am feeling more comfortable looking at my face in the mirror. I love that my sun spots and pigmentation are fading away, which means I don’t have to cake myself with makeup to achieve a even skin tone. Please go to Glow and ask for Lauren if you want to have your face feeling better and want to age gracefully :)

Anytime I come to this spa I always feel like I’m at home. Lauren always makes me happy before I leave, my eyebrows always turn out amazing & her facials are outstanding. The atmosphere of this spa is outstanding and gorgeous. Anyone who comes here will be satisfied.

I’ve been coming to glow for about year now and I won’t let anyone else touch my face. The facials are customized to you’re skin needs. Lauren always ask how my skin is doing and how she can improve any skin concerns. At glow there is new technology that most spas don’t have but for a great price. I get my body, my face, lashes, and brows done here. Lori does amazing natural lashes and perfect eyebrows. All the ladies at glow are pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxing. Come here and you’ll never look back.

Glow Advanced Skin and Body Care Spa has done a great job working with my teenage daughter to improve her skin. Lauren has custom tailored the treatments to her skin type and my daughter has seen immediate results. Better than any doctor could provide! We’ll keep requesting Lauren’s expertise from now on.

If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your skin — it’s Elaine. They have a treatment called lymphatic firming which reduces fluid build-​up. It changed the appearance of my face — more toned and my cheekbones were enhanced. This service is a «must have» before any professional photos. It works on your body too — my stomach muscles were more defined. I love getting a natural spray tan before swim suit season. I highly recommend this spa. Call well in advance for an appointment.
