Dr Claudia is a good dr but it’s too bad you have to get to the front desk before seeing her. The girl at the front is so rude and when you come in she never looks up or greets you and just makes your visit so miserable. After a few visits and run ins with her I finally left and moved drs. She doesn’t do anything beyond sitting there to help. The girl that used to be up front was way nicer and so efficient and willing to help but now she’s a nurse in the back. I miss her being up front but I’m happy for her she’s a nurse now!!! For me it was important to have a nice front staff too cause you deal so much with them before you can get anything done with the doctor. So I had to move elsewhere and love where I’m at now.

Dr Hsieh is a wonderful doctor. She is down to earth, very personable and thorough. She is honestly the first doctor I’ve had that I’m willing to travel to see. Most doctors have an air of condescension about them but I get none of that with her. She is a straight shooter and willing to help and make suggestions with even the tiniest of ailments. By far and away the best doctor I’ve ever had.
