Get Air Trampoline Park

My child celebrated his 7^th bday today at Get Air SLC. The friendly staff efficiently checked guests in very quickly. The room we reserved for the party was sanitized, and ready on time. The pizza arrived right on time. The kids all had a blast, and didn’t want the fun to end. I would definitely celebrate another one of my children’s bday party here.

If only they had a trampoline park for the 21+. Alas… kids abound and bound around everywhere. Sometimes directly in front of you and while you’re mid air. I suppose a trampoline park for adults wouldn’t last but neither would a bar for toddlers.

Pretty good experience here, but I recognize I was lucky to be here when it was slower than usual…
The place by itself is pretty damn awesome — wall-​to-​wall trampolines, kids area, foam-​block pits, ninja course, etc. Everything was kept very clean, and the the trampolines, pits, balls, etc. were in great condition. I do feel the kids area was a little lacking in variety, and a little more storage would probably be a must for the busier times.
One thing I must also note is how high the price is. Kids are $ 8 for the first hour?! Cut it in half, and I feel like you’re at a more accurate value.
If my kids beg me to return here, I will, but until then I’ll be looking for a place that has a bit more going on for the kiddos at a better bang-​for-​my-​buck.

This Place is HUGE! Who knew wall to wall trampolines could be so much fun! The Ninja course is by far my favorite part cause I got to race my friend Adam!
Knocker ball was also fun! You get to be in a giant bubble and run into each other! How often do you get to try and knock down your friends in a giant bubble???
Overall the place was really clean and we all had a blast! Definitely 5 stars!

We took our kids here for the first time a couple days ago. It’s an okay place but we’ve been to MUCH better indoor jump centers out of state for a much lower price as well. The one thing I did like was how they have employees with whistles monitoring the kids. But I think the $ 12 per kid for only 1 hour of jump time is simply ridiculous. Not worth the price, especially because on top of that they make you pay $ 2.50 for their special socks. We’ll keep searching for a better place.

This is the cleanest trampoline park you’ll visit. There’s lots of room for jumping and the staff are great.

We were really disappointed in this place. It cost $ 25 for one adult and a two-​year-​old for 1 hour on a Monday night. Completely overpriced– they require you to buy their socks at $ 2.50 a pop. The socks got a hole after 10 minutes.
Very strict rules, my two-​year-​old wasn’t even allowed to put the foam blocks in a pile 3 blocks high. I don’t recommend.

I will start off by saying that THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE KIDS!!! We arrived at get air at 10:15 pm on a Saturday night (their website, phone message, and front door state they are open until midnight) we were immediately told they were closing at 11, when I told the girl at the front desk that everything says their open until midnight, she rudely stated «we changed the hours» I told her that I still wanted for my kids to be able to jump, she told me that I’d have to still pay the full hour, but they wouldn’t be able to jump very long… When I still wanted to proceed with my purchase, the two up front seemed VERY put out. After that they took their time getting my kids their socks, by the time they chatted and complained about «last minute customers, my kids only had 25 Minutes. And lastly, when we were through and the kids were getting their shoes back on, a man came on the two way radio and said «tell these people we’re closed and to get the fuck out»…Unbelievable!!! Sure it’s a fun place for kids, hence the ONE star. But know that you’ll be treated HORRIBLY buy the young, foul mouthed staff that works there. I would much rather pay to go anywhere but Get Air.

We had a birthday party for our child here tonight. The staff couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. They were friendly and very on the ball with their jobs. The trampoline area was clean and the place smelled good and had lots of places for spectators to sit both in the trampoline area and outside of the area.
My only issue was with the party room. The room was dark and the black vinyl tablecloths were filthy. There was sticky ice cream drips on them and on the top, food crumbs on the table, between the tables and and stuff on the floor. I had to ask the girl at the desk for wipes to wipes the tablecloth down. She handed me one antibacterial wipe and I told her it was going to take a lot more then that! It was gross. I noticed this on the tables in the lobby as well. Food smashed on the overhang of the table clothes and drips of what was probably ice cream.
Overall I would give it 3 ½ stars and up it to 4 ½ the party room was cleaner and had better lighting.
