Tried them twice… both times I had to help them fix my brows after they were done… very frustrating. I’ve never had to do that at other salons. The location is convenient and the price is right, but I’ll drive a little further and spend a little more so my brows are done right the first time.

I was come here to get my eyebrows threaded. I’ve tried every person at this salon and from my experience, the younger girls do GREAT! I’m always happy with the result. Not only do they do my eyebrows nicely, but they make it quick and not so painful. But the older women who work here never seem to do a complete job, it is much more painful and takes a lot longer. Also, every time I use their aloe vera afterwards, I break out. For those reasons I’ll have to take off three stars, I should be able to go to a salon and trust each lady there to do a good job.

Double dippers — not clean at all. They like to double dip the stick into the wax. So unsanitary!!! Broke out from dirty wax. Incomplete job still have hair — waste of money and tip!

My first impression was good. Very clean and organized. Aarti did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. As she welcomed me in, there was music playing and I felt very comfortable. I asked her just to clean up my eyebrows and she did just that. They look great! However, as I was checking out another employee (who seemed like the manager) was very snappy. I used my Unilocal coupon and she kept asking Aarti to write the number. As she was writing it, the lady keep snapping at her and telling her it was the wrong book or page. She was very rude to Aarti and made me feel uncomfortable. As a customer, I didn’t want to be a part of that. I thought it was unprofessional to treat your employee like that in front of a customer. I did like the place and most likely I’ll go back. to see Aarti. Hopefully, that lady will have a better attitude or I’m out.

I usually go here and I like it just as long as Smita is working. It seems that most of the other women there like to take 15 minutes to thread your eyebrows going one hair at a time which is very painful. Smita does a really good job and can get you in and out in around five minutes.

I really like this salon because the workers aren’t pushy. I used to go to Ashima’s salon and they would always get mad at me when I would come in for eyebrow tinting and didn’t get then threaded because I had the waxed somewhere else and if you told them you wanted something fixed they wouldn’t do it. At styles of India no one is pushy and will fix anything you aren’t happy with. Prices are a little higher, but even out with my student discount they offer. It’s also a 3 minute drive from my house and they have a loyalty punch card. All in all, a great place!

I’ve been going to this place since I moved here a year and a half ago. Most time it’s just ok. Ive never left impressed. Three times I’ve been and had the slowest threaders which makes it painful. One time I asked for someone else to finish, this time I beared through it and left with a dent in one of my eyebrows. Get better threaders, or at leat hire people based on their skill. Only reason I go back is bc I don’t know where else to go in this area, I will find out where for my next visit.

First thing I notice about this place, it was very clean & spacious. Pretty tech savvy too with their computer sign-in’s. But boy oh boy was the threading painful. I normally go to Just Stringz at Firewheel Mall to get my eyebrows threaded & I don’t remember the pain being this awful. But, I work in Mesquite now so this place makes do when my eyebrows are critical. Even though I kept squirming around, the lady who did my eyebrows was very patient with me & kept me relaxed. She did exactly what I told her to do, & re-​shaped them very pristinely. The only thing I have to really comment on was my eyebrows are a little bit thinner than what I’ve wanted them to be. Other than that they re-​shape your brows very nicely.

This is my third styles of India salon that I’ve been to and I’ve got to say it’s my favorite. The prices are just right but the ladies that work at this place have made my eyebrows look great. I still have to try their facials so I’ll be back to tweak my review when I do. They offer 20% off if you are a student or 15% if you buy their membership. I love threading and glad this place is near me.

The threading was a bit more painful than I’m used to. This place is very clean so I’m impressed with that aspect. When I showed the employee the Unilocal check in offer, she didn’t have a clue about it. She called her manager a few times and decided to wait a few minutes for a return call. When the manager called back, she too had no idea about the offer. She asked the employee if I was a new customer (what did this have to do with check-​in offer). Once it was established I was indeed a new customer, the manager gave the go ahead to the employee to honor the offer. I think I’ll just stick to my normal threading place especially since there a slight bald spot in my right brow.
