McDonald’s

This isn’t the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to, just next to it. Two things that I have discovered about this locations are this:
1. Your order will NOT be correct.
2. Whatever items wind up in your order will NOT be fresh.
On the upside, I’ve never gotten sick and the food isn’t inedible, so they have that going for them. If you just have to have some Mickey D’s, there are way too many to choose from in Murfreesboro to have to endure this one.

Seriously went just for a tea and my husband thanked the girl at the window twice. She refused to say anything — not even hello, you’re welcome… Nothing. I don’t care if it’s McDonald’s — I don’t like giving my money to rude people.

This place is a hole, the food is always cold and stale. The employees are rude, stupid and incompetent. The restaurant always smells bad and looks like it belongs in a ghetto neighborhood. Luckily for the whole neighborhood it looks like it has been closed down. I hope everyone there lost their jobs they have no business in the service industry. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a dead body in the freezer or if the place was covered in mold.

If there was an option for Zero stars I would have chosen that. Worst service I’ve ever experienced, and has happened the three times I have gone there. First stop was my first time, I hadn’t had fast food in months so I thought I’d have a cheat meal, went to order nuggets and fries, nuggets were undercooked and chewy and fries were cold. Second time I went for a friend, they were out of soda as the lines were down. Last night I stopped and all I wanted was a fry and drink and they were cash only. Horrible customer service, horrible food and even worse service. When I originally wrote Mcdonalds, I got back a standard «we’re sorry» letter from the corporate offce. Shows they treat their complaints as they do their service and food, poorly.

This has got to be the worst McDonalds around. They always get something wrong i have lived here for over 10 years and its like they are told to leave stuff out. There ice cream never works after 9 at night for some reason. (Hmmmm kinda odd) and there food always taste like they held on to it for to long if you dont go at rush hour. O and i have never before had management at a McDonalds argue with you over there mistake except here. (its like they want to run people off)

worst service I have ever had. Rude people. Just because you have to work today doesn’t mean you can be disrespectful to people who don’t.

A bunch of lazy a-​holes. No one is even trying at this location. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s, and had many bad experiences, but this one takes the cake. I’ve never had to walk out after it would have seemed they out more energy into not serving me (I never even got to order)… Drive trough was empty, and so was the restaurant. I hope it stays that way

Ordered unsweetened ice tea, went to fill cup and and the container was empty. Asked girl at counter if they had more in back. She filled it and it was the oldest most metallic gross tea I have tasted in a long time. Threw it away and had a bottle of water instead. They did not give my money back or even offer.

If it’s a real burger you want … don’t treat yourself like you hate yourself…
Go to Fat Moe’s or Smash Burger or Your Burger. Think you’re in too much of a hurry? wrong-​o… your wait will be just the same, if not less.
Sometimes, I get the craving for one of those yummy looking Big Macs with those famous Fries. But, i know better! Doubtful any of it will be Hot AND Fresh.
Honestly. Take this simple Taste Test (I did):
1. Remove the buns and all the other junk from your burger.
2. Take a bite of the meat… all by itself.
3. Have the epiphany: «This is nasty»!
4. Toss your garbage and go somewhere else.

Went with family as a pit stop coming home from Miami. Average McDonald’s. They messed up our order and accidental gave us an extra chocolate shake. They didn’t need the shake, so they gave the extra to us for free. Hey, free chocolate shake? I like that.
