Farrer Bros has shown, again and again, that they are racially biased. They seem to prefer not to sell to anyone who is not white. If you are Hispanic or black, forget about getting service here. They will tell you they are out of something you want to buy, or that all the pieces of equipment you want to rent are out of order, without even looking. They will turn their back to you while you are speaking to them too. It is obvious that there is a overt culture of racism in this company, and personally, after my experiences, I would rather drive to Nashville for what I need then to give them a dollar of my business.
