No problems whatsoever. They are very timely and professional.

This is the only water service available in our area. Their bills arrive haphazardly by mail and they don’t have electronic billing. I didn’t receive my monthly bill and got a 2 second robo voice mail, I think was from them. This morning they disconnected service, 15 days late without warning. They are incompetent and turning off service in the middle of the Summer for 15 days late is not ok. This is water people, not comcast. You need to let people know if they are late.

I have no choice but to accept service in this case. However, their policies regarding late payments are ruthless. Admittedly, I’ve been late with a payment(twice actually). Each time I’ve been issued a letter or a phone call reporting that my service will be cut off in less than 2 weeks if payment is not made. This is after just being late! Don’t get me wrong — I’ve received the threat each time and promptly paid(both were just an oversight) but it’s the first utility company that I’ve experienced that goes straight to a cutoff notification for this — a hostile policy.
