i used this cab service while at the regional soccer tournament. i called and told them i needed ride to and from franklin. the guy told me he may not be able to get us back but could get us over there. the couple that took us were very nice and the cab was very clean. on way over the driver said they would come get us at 1145 and to call 45 minutes before. we called and called as agreed and no answer. i called this morning and told the guy did not appreciate getting stuck in franklin and when they knew they couldnt get us they should have had the decency to call and let us know. he was very rude to understate his demeanor and hung up. dont get stranded in franklin at 11pm as we did.
