This organization is based on unethical practices — horrific work, bait and switch and the worst execution we have ever seen, Dave not only ruined our home — took our money and lied about his work — but hired subpar subs that have cost us a fortune to fix. I beg you all to never ever do business with this man. He should be in jail

Dave has helped me on a couple of occasions. First, I was preparing my house to put it on the market and Dave came out to fix some of the supports in my crawlspace. He was prompt, clean, efficient and very respectful. He was done quickly and even ended up charging me less than his estimate!
Second, my basement flooded last week (along with the rest of Chicago) and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help me. I called Dave and he came over immediately and spent the weekend helping me clean up and giving me advice on what to do next. He pulled out the damaged drywall & panelling and made sure we got rid of all the wet material. The water restoration team showed up a few days later and said there was nothing to do because we had done it all!
Dave is very responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His prices are extremely fair and his work is high quality. I will be using Dave for any of my future handyman or contractor needs!

Needed some work done on short notice and was provided the perfect solution to my problem with the help from 3R. They did a thorough job with acute attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. All at a fantastic price! Will definitely seek out 3R for all my future handyman/​repair and home improvement needs.
