Quizno’s used to be my favorite sandwich chain but I hadn’t been in years. Recently I discovered there was a location in Mundelein and I decided to try it out for old time’s sake. The sandwiches were definitely not how I remembered them. I tried a small traditional sub and it seemed ever tinier than I remember. The ingredients were pretty stingy as well. My favorite part of the sandwich was the toasty bread… but when I got home the sandwich was pretty soggy(probably from the excessive use of ranch dressing). Next time I have a sandwich craving, I may just end up making one myself in the comfort of my own home.

No particular problems with this location. I purchased the groupon for this location and was surprised to have to pay tax on the 8 sandwiches. I did not experience bad service. It was quick and delicious. Not sure if they’ve seen these reviews and changed some things but don’t let those scare you off.

1. I am a BIG fan of Quizno’s, especially their special spicy sauce. 2. Do NOT go to this Quizno’s if you can help it. I stopped going here a long time ago, but just remembered I should review when a guy I know mentioned that he stopped going here because of their bad business practices. 3. The people who work here will try to rip you off. Every time I came here(4 times or so) they overcharged me(the second two times I called them on it and they reversed it). 4. I also felt that although they weigh the meat, they were stingy there too. Not a good Franchiser of Quiznos. They should be reviewed by the company because it gives Quizno’s a bad name.
