Not good. I actually picked up a breakfast sandwich and juice, when I got home the breakfast sandwich smelled chemical or as if something was spoiled in it and threw the entire meal away. I have frequented multiple DD’s across the US and this is the first and only time I have complained about them. I used to go to this DD when I lived in Mundelein, it was great. I don’t recommend going there to anybody now for fear you would get sick eating this food. I tried to call this establishment to give them feedback and they never answered the phone and it was not during a busy lunch or breakfast hour.

Service is so bad, they screwed my order two times! They charge me for large latte and then they said they don’t have large one and gave me a pumpkin flavor instead of vanilla.

I’m sure satisfaction has much to do with the customer service since now many donuts are centrally produced then distributed to Dunkin locations. Besides a fresh dozen donuts I got early last Saturday morning; I got GREAT customer service. Next time I’m there I hope to get her name.

Not my normal Dunkin but figured they were kind of all the same. Did the drive thru to only get a young man who does not say good morning. I gave him my payment and he took it and did not give a receipt. Now how come he couldn’t speak to me he looked like he didn’t want to be there … Get a new job cause no one wants that in the morning.

The lady who took my order had help but they didn’t do much besides eat behind the counter; two young, presumably lazy boys. I feel like this town has more people who want to work. She took my order, made my coffee, and prepared my croissant. Everything tasted great. I just wish management would do their job and get people who want to work. Folks shouldn’t have to wait 12 minutes for an order at DD.

Good coffee. Better than many places and cheaper too. Favorite Apple Crumb donuts available at the Mundelein location. Not available at Grayslake location.

Maybe it’s because it’s in the suburbs but the service is quick and they are nice. Even gone through the drive thru and that was fast too! My mom and I go there seldom but she enjoys the coffee, and the bagels aren’t half bad!
