After working with for over two years, I made the mistake of paying for a project that was 95 percent complete with a promise from the owner Chris that it would be 100 percent complete within a couple days. It has been over 5 months, with numerous emails, phone calls and messages to Chris, the project is still not complete and I am still waiting for a call back. Apparently after an invoice is paid you no longer receive customer service or any service at all, unlike what was in the contract when the project was purchased. While Chris may know computers, he lacks in business etiquette and customer service.
