I met with the Leaf Guard representative at my home. I went to him because I walked by there promotional kiosk at Costco every time I shopped. He arrived and then took photos and measurements. He came inside claiming the product sells itself and proceeded to use the less than ethical tactics of guilt and fear to get me to close on the deal at that moment. He guaranteed they would never clog (that’s akin to telling someone that their water isn’t wet!) He did not leave me with a written estimate though I went ahead and wrote everything down separately. The bid for 92 lineal feet was $ 6,447. Conservatively that is 4 times and more likely 6 times what a gutter contractor would quote. Educate yourself well before signing anything with this company.
