After running into a dead end with Home Depot and their flooring installers my wife and I were desperate. We called iFloor and spoke with Micah. He was the model of customer service. We got an installer in less than a week (atypical). Great selection of quality flooring and a really great price. All said and done we saved about 2 grand from the Home Depot quote.

I had been shopping for laminate at various local outlets for my entire lower living area which is 900 square feet, no small amount. I went to a large outlet which has been on the news lately and saw Overstock Flooring right across the parking lot, at that time I chose to not visit them. After getting what I thought was a good deal at a place in Everett I heard a comercial for overstock and decided to go back just to check. That was a great decision as I found the exact same pattern in 12 mm instead of just 8 mm for a much lower price, they were also cheaper for the Whisper Pro underlayment, and they’re installation was less than anybody’s. This was by far the greatest consumer experience of my life to date, it was that good. Their installers were also very nice, and they were very efficient. Priced a number of laminate flooring suppliers in the area for a rental unit. Not only was Overstock Flooring extremely competitive in their pricing, but you can’t beat the customer service. Variety of products and finishes. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Honest recommendations. No up selling. No high pressure. Many thanks to Daniel for making this purchase painless. Wow just happened to stop by here after getting really disappointed by the big chain across the parking lot and their bait and switch tactics. The contrast at overstock was amazing. Very helpful, customer focused, low pressure help, great prices and actually had stuff in stock.
They actually have quite a decent selection and with the black friday sale we got a great price on a really nice product. They even showed us a less expensive product we didn’t notice that was very similar to a more expensive one we were considering. I think you definitely need to check these guys out for flooring you won’t be disappointed.

Gave these folks a call after doing some research online. Daniel was a huge help, both over the phone as well as when I walked into the shop. He educated me on the benefits of the floor material I was considering, taking into account my use. In short, these guys know what they are doing and their customer service was spot on. We’ve been evaluating flooring for our kitchen and dining room for a couple of months now. With pretty heavy traffic and a 100lb German Shepherd, we were looking at a super hard bamboo product shipped out of California. The price was about $ 7/​sq ft. delivered but for the resilience, felt it was what we needed. Just to be on the safe side, I decide that we need to look around locally to see if we could get similar quality for a better price or at least without the cost of shipping. We went over to a competitor in the Mukilteo area, noticed Overstock Flooring from their parking lot and thought, hey, it’s worth a look. Best decision we’ve made in a while.
This place isn’t fancy and the selection is limited but the service is great, the prices are amazing, and the selection is current — meaning that what they are offering is what your neighbors and builders are putting in homes right now. Daniel, the manager and maybe the owner, was wildly helpful. He really seems to know his stuff. We told him what we were looking at and he directed us to a very similar bamboo product with a comparable hardness rating and a color that was identical to what we were looking at. And the price… half of the guys out of California. Now we’re talking. We were on a time crunch so they let us pick up the flooring directly from their warehouse in Tukwila just a few days later. I know that won’t always be the case but it was nice that we could do it.
Our friend and flooring installer was very impressed with the quality and when we told him the price, he asked for Daniel’s card (fortunately we had an extra). Apparently, if you need someone to install the floor, Overstock has people they can hook you up with.
My advice, for what it’s worth, is that if you are in the market for hardwood, laminate, bamboo, cork, manufactured hardwood, etc., give them a call or go browse a bit. It’s a no pressure place with knowledgeable people, great products, and amazing prices.
