Very friendly and professional ladies. Will visit here again. Best to make an appointment.

I’m in the middle of this pedi and it feels amazing. Salt scrub, lotion, and hot stone massage. Who cares about the polish. This is what I needed. Very clean and friendly too. I’ll be back.

I had to wait a few minutes because I showed up without an appontment, but I was greeted promptly and thanked for waiting. I like the staff here a lot, they are all really sweet! My pedi was awesome. This is my go-to neighborhood place! My basic pedi was $ 27. Perfect!

Negative stars! My mom and I love French Nail in Mill Creek so we were excited when we found this one closer to our work and home. We went of a Saturday morning it wasn’t busy so we were hoping we had beat the morning rush. The best places usually are slammed on the weekend. We felt rushed the second we got in there. The pedicure my mom had was sloppy. She was left with polish all over her feet. When she very politely asked for polish remover the middle aged lady ran to the back room slammed the door and forcing one of the younger girls to take care of it. Mine pedicure was fine. BUT a day or so later when I went to put my sandals on to notice 2 things. First, the polish had already started to come off(it shouldn’t for a $ 30ish dollar pedicure) and second I clearly had a staff infection on both my left big toe and right foot heel. OUCH! I called my doctor who confirmed later that day and I got a nice shot in the toe. I will NEVER step place in this«salon» again.

French Nail was so good to us today. My 3 year old daughter had sinus surgery four days ago. She can’t play with friends and we were going stir crazy at home. I thought it would be fun to take her for her first pedicure. We walked in without an appointment. They made room for us, even though they had two appointments scheduled. The lady working called someone into help and I believe it was the owner. We were treated great and they did a good job, especially on my wiggly 3 year old. We were sent over to the drying table, when we were done. My 3 year was rolling the chair forward at the table. The chair’s base was small enough to fit under it, where the drying lamp for your toenails is. Well, she busted the light, with me sitting right next to her. I felt terrible. I tried to pay for it and they wouldn’t let me. They cleaned up the glass, so none of us cut our feet, and thanked us for coming in. I will definitely be returning.

I used to love this place, but they have a new owner and I’m not impressed. They accepted my walk in for a pedicure(not busy when I got there), and five minutes in they got slammed by their actual appointments. One lady stormed out because she sat unacknowledged for ten minutes. I felt bad, but not that bad, they should have told me to make an appointment and come back, which I would have gladly done. To make up for their mistake they sped through my pedicure and very sloppy paint application. I was going to get my eyebrows waxed, but I didn’t trust them. I’ll be going somewhere new. **I’m updating after I got my bill. Their prices are outrageous and not worth the service you get.

This is the cleanest salon ever. The girls are super nice and the services are awesome. The owner is always there(it shows me that she really cares about her business) which makes huge difference. She makes sure every customer get the best services. I always get shellac(it last sometime more than two week!) and spa pedicure with hot stone massage, warm towel, always smells good and feels good when I am done. Very relaxing atmosphere and I recommend to all the people I know. Also they were so busy that they couldn’t squeeze me in on Sat, but they scheduled me in for Sunday and opened just for me and my friend!

Hot stone pedicures are my favorite and they keep me coming back time after time. The ladies that work here are very attentive and friendly, the place is clean and the chairs are comfortable.

So I haven’t gone here in quite awhile… about 2 years… but when I did, the 3 times I was given gift certificates… HORRIBLE!!! The first time-a pedicure… gouging my toes, polish chipping w/in 2 days… not worth the $ 35? I believe they charged. The second time I went for a new set of acrylics-mind you I’d been getting my nails done for 10 years at this point & had had them done by a couple different places, so I knew a good set. First off, the original acrylics weren’t even completely taken off before she glued new tips on top of the old acrylic… unfortunately, I was reading a magazine & wasn’t paying attention-I think taking old acrylic powder off is pretty basic. So needless to say, new tips on top of old 2+ hours later… lifting, peeling, cracking & I went back & got my regular nail lady to redo them. Another wasted $ 50 gift certificate. So 3rd time… supposed to be the charm right? No. A fill… basic fill-I have white tips, I always do a french-10+ years. She didn’t remove all the old polish from my nails before putting new acrylic powder over them-so I ended up with weird lines through the acrylic-think peeling paint painted over again-like scribbles :/. So as I caught it midway through, as once again, I wasn’t paying close enough attention(I know I know I should have known better by now), I pointed it out-«oh so sorry nothing we can do-you want color?» Ya know what, fine, give me a freaking color this is ridiculous I just want to leave-90 minutes in for a fill-90 min’s!!! I sat for another 20 minutes under the«dryer» before I left-bringing me to almost 2 hours, obviously unhappy & so raging I couldn’t even calm myself to deal with some sort of rectification. Not only that, but after my 30 min dry time, I stopped at the grocery store & bam! 3 nails smudged. I am so angry at this point I got home & started crying to my husband-who then promptly pushed me out the door to go to my regular nail lady who once again fixed my nails for me. I called the next day to French Nail-explained the situation & after some debating & arguing from the owner or manager or whoever I spoke to that was in charge, got a whole $ 10 refunded for what I had to pay my nail lady to fix their screw up. I will NEVER go back to French Nail. They take WAAAY too long & their work is below sub par

This place is awesome! I usually go to another salon in Mukilteo, but I see this salon every time I get coffee, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I had an amazing pedicure and manicure. The women who work there were very friendly and helpful. The woman who did my mani-pedi showed amazing attention to detail – she took great care to get my nails perfect. I will definitely go back again!

If you value your cuticles stay away from this place. I too am from CA and know what a real spa pedicure and manicure should be and this is NOT It. 4 of my fingers had the cuticles cut so badly they were bleeding all over the place. Not so much as a feigned apology. The pedicure was painful; opposite of one the reasons we get them. If you go here and a woman with short, bobbed, mannish hair and glasses starts to work on you, run out the door and save yourself 45 minutes of torture.
