Wow. I’m always stunned when a business makes it difficult for you to purchase from them. I’m in the process of building a home and have to spend a fair bit of $$ on appliances. As the previous reviewer stated, the owner either simply can’t get organized enough to provide a quote(after 8 weeks of trying), or really doesn’t want my business. Either way — I’m done. Stunning.

Hands down best place to go for all your appliance needs. I bought a refrigerator, wash, dryer, and dish washer from there. The process was swift(pun intended) and easy. The workers were very helpful and assisted my accordingly so that I picked the right appliance. Highly recommended.

We needed a new gas cooktop for our kitchen. Went to the big box stores but could not find the style we wanted. Thought it would be smart to try a local vendor instead. Saw all the commercials on TV featuring the owner of this store, Nancy Swift. The first thing we noticed about the store was that it was a jumbled mess. Lots of appliances to see, but it looked like they were just all put in there without much thought. Also, no prices were evident, which made it hard to compare different brands or models without constantly asking«how much is this one?» Nancy suggested we measure the opening for our cooktop and email it to her so that she could suggest the exact models that would fit. Went home and did that. Then we waited for her reply which never came. After a few days went by we went back to the store. I noticed Nancy seemed to ignore us while she followed another customer around. I asked her why she didn’t respond to my email. She fussed a little and said she never got it. It’s funny but she acted as if she had never seen us before. Perhaps she was just embarrassed that she forgot to respond to my email. Instead of apologizing for not responding, Nancy just left us standing there while she answered the phone. I said to my wife«I don’t think they want our business.» We walked out.
