Sprint Store

Staff was friendly here, but we drove from west ashley to get a phone the said they had. After in store activation failed we drove back to west ashley to activate it. We were told it was invalid after 30+ minutes on the phone. We call radioshack and drive back to this sprint location. He tries to activate this brand new phone that has just been purchased for $ 525 and it does not work. Like we told him it wouldn’t and like he already tried before. Finally after beating a dead horse we return this phone. After 4 hours of our day has now passed other phone stores are closing and we will surely miss our movie in North charleston. So he goes to the back gets another phone which doesn’t work. I will say they get two stars for attempting to call other locations though I told him they were closed (because Google on my phone and Google on his phone and computer are the same). They also get 2 stars because the second guy was super friendly and funny. Thank goodness for him because no one wants to waste their day and gas in rush hour traffic when you make a huge purchase and it turns out to be wrong. They didn’t seem to care about customer inconvenience. When it was there mess up. Only up side friendly.
