Amazing, beautiful park. Do not miss it! Wild ponies on rhododendron trail and 10+ hummingbirds zooming around the visitors center bldg.

This park is AWESOME for hikers! (Day hikers like us, at least.) We tramped all over this park and had a great time in the beautiful fall weather. There are horse trails, hiking trails, waterfalls, wild ponies, and big open skies that we don’t see too often. Both my husband and I thought it was well worth the road trip down here.
