I’ve been going to Dr. Farris’s office for years, and I love it. there’s nothing scary about the dentist with this office and staff. everyone is ultra-​competent and sincerely interested in my life and my teeth.
simple teeth cleaning is a breeze – quick and painless, honestly. plus, the professional décor and the warm, simple music makes me feel comfortable even when I’m getting my teeth drilled, haha.
and there is no judgment here – even if I haven’t exactly been flossing enough this year; everyone takes a purely positive, proactive approach to keeping my mouth healthy. I definitely feel cared for, physically and personally.

I went this place for invisalign consultation and his staff were friendly but very disappointed overall.
First. This place is over priced compare to other orthodontists. I checked total four other places (included one of very popular one and I had to wait for a month to get consultaion) for invisalign/​braces and this place is the only place at least $ 2500 more expensive than other four place I checked.
Secondly. they didn’t tell me the important part of insurance so it seems I would proceed some step and they can collect some money from insurance/​me and once the process was done then they told me they said so which was complete lie.

I have been going to Dr. Farris for many years. He and his staff are wonderful and go above and beyond for their patients.
Recently I had to have some oral surgery performed. While he did not do the surgery, he referred me to one of his colleagues who did a great job. After the procedure, he stopped by the Oral Surgeon’s office to see how I was.

My husband was seeing Dr. Farris long before we met. He has continued to drive the 60 miles each way to see him for his dental work. I have encouraged him for years to find a dentist closer to home.
My local dentist, I thought I loved, recommended a procedure I was not comfortable with and she did not give me any alternatives or follow up.
Dr. Farris as a service to my husband offered to take a look and give a second opinion, no charge. It was an incredible consult, with x-​rays and a serious conversation about the health of my mouth. I still have Silver Fillings! Why???
Not completely trusting anyone’s first time recommendations, I headed home and researched the hell out of everything Dr. Farris discussed with me. Wow!!! he was right!
Now, I’m making the drive to Mountain View. I don’t like the drive but I love that I have a great dentist. He took the time to thoroughly review everything with me and wrote up a treatment plan and prices. He was open to doing things the right way and offering alternatives.
I just finished my fourth visit and the work has been excellent. Dr. Farris, Monica and Sandra have done everything to make the drives as accommodating and productive as possible. They are friendly enjoyable people and true professionals at their jobs. They make the drive worth it.
I’m looking forward to having a happy healthy mouth. Yes, I will most definitely be updating my review for my previous dentist.

Dr. Farris and his staff are the absolute best! My family LOVES the friendly and caring environment and the professional care Dr. Farris gives… so much so, that even though we relocated to Southern California, Dr. Farris is STILL our dentist!
We regard everyone in his office as friends, and always look forward to seeing them all.
