Would give 0 Stars if I could! took the entire day off yesterday to have my bed delivered. They never showed, never called… even though they called me to confirm delivery the day before. I called the store twice last night and was told by Marcie that she would get in touch with a supervisor and give me a call… no call back again. Been on hold for 40 minutes this morning waiting for a supervisor to try to get my bed delivered. the customer service rep said they may be able to deliver in two weeks! No thanks. Cancel my order. I will buy a mattress from a company that actually cares.

These beds are awesome of course, but the store is really great. They’ve got a cool system that measures your pressure profile to help you dial in the right number. The whole store is clean and bright. Our salesperson, Marcie, is Probably The Best Salesperson In The World. She’s very smart, knowledgable, patient and nice. She did a great job of understanding our unique needs and providing all the information we needed to make our purchase… which we’re very pleased with.

I went in to the store on a recommendation from my friend Tomas who has bought a few Sleep Number beds. After a thorough presentation I not only bought a great new mattress but an adjustable base as well. So worth it considering the life span of the product and how comfortable it is. Kudos to Marcie and the manager was nice as well.

This review is for Mercie, since I stumbled in the first weekend of Jan 2014. I am definitely in the market for a new bed frame and mattress but I am really clueless and unsure what I want and looking for. I never imagined ever paying for a mattress over $ 1,000 to $ 2000 USD. i cannot believe I was in that store for about 2 hours, it like almost buying a car, but gratefully I had a very professional specialist Mercie who helped and explained the difference out of the 10 different selections, I fell in love with the I8 mattress. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the mattress at that time, but I will be back soon because I hate my mattress. LOL. I would definitely recommend Sleep Number in Mountain View, because of their quality customer service, and if Mercie is not available ask for Colin the Store Manager.
