They open at 7:30am and since I have a lump in my abdomen that needs to be looked at immediately, I called them at 7:39. After working through an automated system that led me to a line that was disconnected then redirected me to the main menu, I opted to speak to a representative. She answered the phone as if she had just woken up. I asked if she had any openings for an ultrasound today(since I had fasted last night in hopes of getting in today), she rudely replied, «We have no openings today. Can you hold on for a minute?» and put me on hold before I could answer. After 9 minutes and 13 seconds of being on hold(my cell phone let me know), she came back on and repeated that they had no openings. So I guess that was what I was on hold for? To be told once again(and rudely, as if I hadn’t heard her initially) the same thing? I then asked if she had any openings for tomorrow, to which she replied, «What do you need again?» I told her I needed an ultrasound for my abdomen and she immediately responded that they had no openings and asked me(told me) to be put on hold again. I just hung up after that. No need to be on hold for another 10 minutes to be talked to like that. Now, I’m just hungry from fasting, still worried about this lump, and I still have no appointment for an ultrasound. Thanks for the help and customer service!
