Great food and even the little interaction I had with the guy behind the counter(Marc) was awesome. Great staff to match the food

While I enjoy eating at PMH, their delivery service is awful. Not long ago I came home to my pizza being left in the middle of the street. Apparently the driver got to my house early and was upset I wasn’t there yet. Driver showed up about 45 minutes early. Today we decided to try them again for my son’s birthday. 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to arrive I called them to check on our order. First I told that the driver rang my doorbell, but nobody answered the door. That’s weird since I had been home for over an hour and we don’t have a doorbell. After calling them out for lying, I was told they never made the pizza and it would be at least another 30 minutes for my order to arrive. Thanks for ruining my son’s birthday dinner. Looks like it’s time to find another pizza delivery company.

This is my favorite pizza place in the Bay Area. I wish they would open one closer to San Francisco like in Daly City or South San Francisco. The closest one I know of are in Emeryville and San Mateo. Please Pizza My Heart, open a location closer to the city.

Called to put in an order and they put us on hold — hung up after 7 minutes. So we ordered our pizza online, said it would be ready at 533. We got there at 534 and the guy said it would be ready in 2 min. we finally got our pizza at 553. so not v impressed with the slow service. And then when I got home my order was mixed up :/Pizza is reasonably priced, a bit on the oilier side but good.

I ordered 2 slices: Maui wowie and chicken bacon. Both pizza were dry. The crust was very crispy. Service was friendly.

I got a slice of cheese pizza and it reminded me of the pizza they would serve us in my elementary school cafeteria. Not worth the calories at all.

I’m a HUGE fan of Pizza My Heart and i’ve been ordering from this location for years. However, our pizza was almost inedible. It was sadly burnt and made the texture incredibly chewy. Very disappointed…

$ 6 for a slice and a shirt, who says no? Pizza my heart will always have a special place in my heart, no pun intended. For some reason, it gives me nostalgia, and I love the fact that you can order pizza by the slice and get a t shirt for 6 bucks. I always use them to work out in, and it’s kinda cool collecting them from different locations. I had the big sur slice last time I went, but usually I just scope out what pizzas are ready to be cooked and pick out the best one(s). Location here was everything I expected from a pizza my heart, clean, fast, cheap, and tasty.

Never ordered a whole pizza. Always went there for two slices for kids. They give a thumbs up for the taste, the sauce it seems is a bit on the sweet side but kids like it. Staff is good, friendly and happy faced. Fast service.

Today, I had a slice of mushroom and and a slice of cheese and it was the best pizza ever. I come to this location pretty often and it wasn’t the same, it was way way better! Thin crust, not greasy, perfect ratio of sauce cheese and toppings!

I’m definitely a fan of the variety available in their slices. The staff is friendly and the food hits the spot. They offer a number of sauces with different spice levels and tastes. They also have shakers with different kinds of spices(basil, etc.). The place is always clean and the tables taken care of as soon as they are vacated. You also can’t go wrong with any of their salads! This location does not have the 100+ flavor soda dispenser though. If you really need it, go to their Sunnyvale location.

We come here often since it’s a family friendly restaurant although the food has never been impressive but last Sunday was just terrible! I tried having a salad and it was completely frozen. Took it back and the second one was totally frozen as well. So frustrating!

1−3−16 my first pizza order for 2016. I wrote a review directly to the business via the Unilocal app but they have not replied. I will wait until I hear from them before I continue my Review. I rated them 3 stars this time.

Love this pizza! I always get the double pepperoni and its the best. I enjoy the green shark repellent hot sauce and a bottle is only a buck. Although I enjoy this pizza a lot i couldn’t give the fifth star because its a bit pricey.

TLDR: overpriced and unsanitary. Another reviewer of this place mentioned that there were flies swarming over the pizzas, and maybe it’s no surprise that I witnessed the flies today when I visited for the first time. The staff was friendly, but weren’t professional nor attentive to cleaning the dining tables. The pizza comes in a large, flat slice which may seem like a filling meal, but it comes at a price of $ 4.50 per slice.

I’m honestly really bummed. This was my favorite pizza place to go to. I even have stacks of the frequent buyer cards for a rainy day. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’m ever going to eat here again. My boyfriend and I have ways loved this location and the convenience, but yesterday’s experience has put this place of business on the black list for us. The staff has always been great and friendly. Although yesterday was my first time going back since my recent discovery that I have a horrible gluten allergy. I was excited to find out that they had gluten free dough… But came to realize not only did you have to wait extremely long… You also have to at least buy a personal sized pizza(about the size of two to three large slices) for at least $ 20. There are zero available options already made. I was exhausted and hungry, giving in to the inconvenience. As we waited the place got busy… We must have seen about three rushes go through picking up large pizzas … Seems like a lot of orders had come in and my pizza was possibly started after the call ins… But I didn’t feel the need to complain just yet. I was in no rush. Then the girl helping us said it would be done soon and handed my boyfriend his two slices. Like a respectful person, he waited to eat until I got my food. We waited so long that he actually left to go check on our dogs and by the time I received my pizza his was cold and not so enjoyable… Going home we were both extreme disappointed. It didn’t end there. Since I was forced to buy a whole 12 in, I had pizza for my lunch today. Three bites in … I discovered there were long black hairs cooked into the dough. I at first figured maybe a few of my hairs fell on the pizza(trying to naturally avoid the fact that there’s hair in my pizza) and went to pull it off to continue eating… Nope. All that hair was cooked deep down in the dough. Bye pizza. Pretty much $ 15 of that $ 20 went in the trash. This establishment has been ruined for me. Please ensure your employees tie their hair up… The girls in the front handle the food too…

Got a couple of slices of pizzas to go. This PMH is not as lively or spacious as the one in Sunnyvale and staff here don’t seem as friendly but the pizzas still live up to the standards of PMH. Plenty of parking and restaurants around here with lots of outdoors seating. Nice place to hang out on a weekend afternoon.

I’ve only ever order pizzas to go here, but have always been pleased. This may not be fancy deep dish or super thin Italian style, but I’m impressed by the consistent quality across the numerous speciality pizzas on the menu. I’ve never had a slice I didn’t enjoy — every one has come out delicious,(even the gluten free crust my friend ordered)! Fort Point is always a favorite(tomato and pesto sauce, united in one magical sauce)!
