Wow, what a guy! My husband and I have been thinking we need a Living Trust.
I spoke with Mr. Evan today and it turns out that we do not have enough assets (sad but true) to justify paying for one. He wanted to verify a question I had, so he did a bit of research and called me back and told me what we DO need.
I am very impressed and appreciative for the information he gave me.

I found Adam Evan through Unilocal and was pleasantly surprised when I met him for the first time. He is one of the more personable attorneys I’ve ever met and clearly knows estate planning. Adam is charismatic, intelligent, and easy to work with. I would use him for any legal issues I have, but he only practices estate planning so that will have to do. Do yourself a favor and call him if you need an estate plan.

I first spoke with Adam over a week ago when I started the process of calling around to find an attorney who could help guide me through the process of setting up a living will and/​or trust. What first impressed me about Adam was his willingness to speak to me on the phone for almost 30 minutes to get to know me and my situation before suggesting a consultation. The previous attorneys (1) didn’t even answer their own phone calls — I got secretaries — and (2) were quick to want to get me in their office for a paid consultation. The deal closer was that he does in home consultations! Does it get more convenient than that? After scheduling a visit to my house to speak with me we communicated incredibly easily via text and email; changing my appointment twice after I got sick and answering more of my questions. This guy’s communication and responsiveness is great and his patience with my need to reschedule more than once was even better.

I had been looking for an attorney to help my wife and I with our family trust. I got married in 2013 and being a Financial Advisor know how important it is to have the wills and trusts in order. I heard about Adam through a client of mine so I thought I would meet him for an interview to see if I wanted to hire him to help me with my trust. As a Financial Professional I have been helping my clients for years with their financial needs, and have always recommended they meet with an attorney to draft their wills and trusts. I often times go to meetings with my clients and their attorney so I have a general knowledge of the process.
After Interviewing Adam and asking a lot of detailed questions, I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the questions I was asking. I decided to hire him to meet with my wife and I and begin the process. He was very organize and took the time to break down the options in layman’s terms for my wife when she had questions and did not understand the legal lingo. He made the whole process so easy for us, as we both have very busy schedules, he was able to meet us at our home in the evening and on the weekends to fit in our schedule.
I do not like to refer my clients or friends out to others unless I know that the person or company I am referring them to will treat them with the level respect and give them the level of service I try to give all my clients. I am happy to have met Adam, as I now have someone I completely trust and feel comfortable referring my clients, friends and family members to.
I have plenty of clients who have tried to complete the process themselves by going through the online program or purchasing a software application, but without the knowledge, put it off for years without accomplishing anything. Do not put off this important step to having a sound financial plan. Adam makes it so easy and educates you during the process, he takes all the stress and confusion out of the equation. I highly recommend Adam for helping anyone with their trust needs.

I recently began the search for an attorney to complete wills and a revocable trust for my husband and myself. I found Adam online, and when I read that he would come to our residence (evenings and weekends if we needed it), I knew I was on the right track! Adam was friendly, thorough and competent, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. After dreading the appointment, I was pleasantly surprised at how low key the actual process was, and how quickly he was able to complete it! We are now completely prepared for any financial eventuality, and I can sleep well at night knowing we’ve gotten everything taken care of.
