This place no longer exists. It is now called… La Cocinita — The Little Kitchen

I find this spot just ooookay. Definitely get the tacos if you end up here. The burritos are overloaded with rice… good rice, just too much of it. Steak is also the way to go here. The chicken is pollo asada(grilled, not slow cooked) and is a touch on the dry side. The pork is okay, but nothing to write home about. For the value I’d go back again, but I’ll be walking there, not running. For my favorite in Mtn. View, my vote still goes to Jennifer Taqueria on Latham and Escuela.

soggy tortillas. bland green salsa. no me gusta. it doesn’t matter how much props this place gets for being located in the parking lot next to the car wash.

This is the permanent taco truck in the back of Lozano’s Car Wash. Love the tacos and tortas. The tortas aren’t on the menu but don’t be afraid.

Outstanding tacos! I’ve been frequenting this gem of a taqueria for a few months now. The pork is a little on the greasy side, but the chicken and beef are delicious. The tortillas are especially good. Best of all, there is a very large selection of extras that don’t cost extra! Seating is outdoors – there isn’t an indoors – with some benches, a picnic table, and a standing bar. Regarding the name: It’s unclear what the heck this place is called, but the ever friendly lady that works there said something that sounded like«Calham». We refer to it as «Taco 1.25» because that’s the most prominent sign.
