Phone, Internet, & digital Cable TV about $ 138 per month My step dad died suddenly, so i called Suddenlink to see if they could reduce my mom’s bill even just a little for a couple of months while she sorts things out. I had travelled 1,200 miles to help her settle affairs. Suddenlink on the phone was courteous but simply kept reminding me that she is ALREADY saving $ 32.40 a month. I visited the local office to make sure the bill was current & although the lady was really really nice, she also tried several ways to reduce the bill, but could not. My elderly housebound mother likes to watch Discovery Channel. Shame on her for being a fan of enjoyable clean television, cause that is gonna cost you! If she cuts out digital channels, reducing her channels to appx 2 – 26, she can save $ 30 on her bill. Let’s see her only entertainment… vs $ 30… BTW the next day Suddenlink charged her an $ 11.00 «directory change», because her deceased husbands name was on the account. No notice, just hand it over. They have the same last name & the first 3 letters of their first name is the same. Both names are on every check ever mailed into Suddenlink. Corporate greed, lack of compassion, inflexibility. tisk tisk tisk BUT you are saving $ 32.40 per month…
